Nobody can fix anything I know lots of people have told me the system mental health is not good I never thought it was because I have never ever been for myself now I understand why people get so cranky angry at them.

I have really understand why dad did it now I'm all alone in this deep dark hole

I cried and cried to my partner last night and this morning I am at my point now @lavenderhaze
