@Sunnyside226 I can understand your urge to run away - I can't tell you what to do of course hun, I know you will make whatever decision feels right to you. Please just be sure to do so safely, whether that is driving safe, not walking around alone too long at night, stuff like that.

@Sunnyside226 you are enough, just by virtue of being a human being. You deserve support because you're a person, your feelings matter, and you don't deserve to go through this alone. Your partner wouldn't be there for you if they didn't see something in you worth sticking around for.
