Sometimes I feel like I’m on top of things and don’t feel like my trauma defines me and I don’t feel so ashamed and scared. Other times I want to hide from the world and feel like a **** (I’m not going to say the word here since I don’t want to trigger anyone) 😭, I feel so ashamed that I don’t want people to know

Apart from my shoulders, hips and knees I'm ok @Zoe7 I think I'm ageing disgracefully but I suppose its better than the alternative! Uni is good and I'm learning lots of interesting stuff but I still finish assignments in the wee hours.
Bobcat has moved with S1 and Peter bird "fell off his perch" literally so there are no furry friends here at present but I'm looking for a ragdoll cat.
Trying to stay on top of my mi...works sometimes and smetimes it doesn't.

Aww @creative_writer You really are the sweetest. I am good Hon - tired and sore but okay. I am finding work a little challenging at the moment but being away unwell for a couple of days in the second week was a lot - we do so much to settle in together in those first couple of weeks so I feel like I have missed all that - slowly getting there though.

I read a book once by Barbara Johnson titled "Stick a Geranium in your Hat and be Happy". It was mainly written for parents of wayward children but she had the best sense of humour. Her last book after her cancer diagnosis was titled "A Geranium in my Cranium".
