So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

@MissGremlin I’m glad it takes the edge off a bit. I also gargle some salt and water. Usually I also get antibiotic from GP. Like you can’t afford dental. I just really am hoping you get relief and it heals itself up.

@Judi9877 Sorry for the late reply. But I am so glad that my posts have cheered you up when you are having a rough time. And yes, you are a good person who is strong and can bounce back from these rough times. And as the tattoo on my arm says, "This too shall pass". And the important thing is that we keep picking ourselves up after we have been knocked down, And if my Images and quotes can help pick you up, that makes me very happy for you. I hope you are feeling better now.

Yes it is good to encourage each other. For an enlightened mindset is far harder to depress than someone not aware of those ugly lies a depressed mind fires 24/7.

Better hide a coward than suffer the excution of your bravery.The worst part suffering lies is that the suffering is bloody real.To look ahead or behind you misses the moment.Strength is always the rock on the bottom - only a stone throw away from going up again hitting it hardest.To encourage hope liberates your future while hoping against hope holds it in chains.To harden our core into a diamond needs much pressure applied.Hard times become good times when the hard is given no time and good all the time.
