So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

@MissGremlin Good morning beautiful. Thank you for the affirmations. Yes just getting through today is good. It resonated that one. How is your tooth lovely? Is there any improvement?

Im day 2 of more tapering. Crying a lot this morning and feeling unsettled. It’s so hard.

Im glad you got some clove oil that can help with tooth ache it was a very good idea.
