So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

had restless legs last night so now today my legs are aching all day

soo hot and humid here so we have the aircon on and relaxing in front of tv and computer

Oh no, achy legs don't sound good @Shaz51 I'm sorry to hear that

Hot and humid is like the opposite of what we're having here. Having lots of showers so I've also been indoors all day today, but I'm finishing early and am hoping there's a break in the rain so I can stretch my legs and take a walk!

@PeppyPatti I totally know how you are feeling and I am sorry you are going through that.

Thinking of you @PeppyPatti

These were my babies, and the one at the back was my boy. He knew when I was struggling and gave me extra attention. I really miss him. He gave me so much unconditional love. He has been gone for over 7 years and I still think about him and the comfort & love he gave me. Unfortunately, I live in a caravan park and pets are not allowed, otherwise I would have another dog.

@MissGremlin well I am still pain free, but ever since the gallstone attack, when I eat, I start to feel a bit sick. I am sure that has something to do with the gallbladder. And when I left the hospital, the nurse took me the highly infectious ward, and now my throat is starting to get a bit scratchy, so I hope I am not starting to get sick.

But I have had a pretty chilled day. How has your day been going?
