So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

It’s been so tough for me. I’ve still got more tapering but APARC want to send me home. I’m terrified of going home like this without the support I need right now.

@MissGremlin I’m ok. Just feeling a bit sensitive about someone in another forum I’m at. Nothing too deep really, it’s just my RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria) kicking in so I’m trying to move on from it, but it’s hard to try and move on I need to admit.

That being said, I have some online events I’ll be attending later today and I’m very looking forward to it!

Hello my sweet @Cuddlebear, I've missed you too ❤️. My day so far is just me laying in bed and I've had a coffee. I do have to head to the shops after so I'll have to get up soon though. Yes I can't wait to go to the concert, it's very exciting ☺️.

How true about the services and professionals and people. Honestly trying to find the right support feels impossible. We just have to keep navigating life one twist and turn at a time, hoping that around the next one there's something good.
