So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

@MissGremlin Hello lovely how are you? Thank you for the awesome affirmations. I’m sorry I have not been on forums. I’ve been in APARC just over 2 weeks now. Im tapering off a medicine which has been absolutely brutal. I also got serotonin toxicity and high blood pressure from the tapering and introduction of new meds too quickly. I’m a mess. 😞

@Cuddlebear *hugs*. Been thinking of you and wondering how you were. Sorry to hear the medication tapering & related effects have been bad. 😰. But I am also glad that it is happening whilst you are safely in APARC with the extra support around you, and not home alone with it.

@Jynx Hello lovely how are you? Thank you for reaching out. It’s been really a very brutal period for me. The tapering is so overwhelming and extremely difficult to tolerate. I still have quite a way to go but APARC want to discharge me despite how hard this is. I’m terrified of going home.
