One birdhouse down - 8 more to go tomorrow. I only had a little time this afternoon to help with one - showed the kids what to do so tomorrow I can have a few working on theirs together. Then next week they can decorate them as they like while a small groups works on putting theirs together. If I get the remiaing ones finished next Thursday then they will have Friday to decorate and the weekend to dry. The Art Expo isn't until the following Tuesday and Wednesday so Monday to get it all together and set it all up. Going to attempt to make a tree out of the remaining fence palings for the birdhouses to sit on. So much still to do but if tomorrow goes according to plan then it is possible to get it all done. Missing these last couple of days has certainly set us behing but thankful the class teacher for tomorrow has allowed me to go in and work with the kids.

Off to GP now so will catch up with other posts and tags later - just wanted to share the better than expected news for today

Still feeling pretty unwell but nothing like a bunch of gorgeous kids to help me through ...and a lovely note from the relief teacher who was on yesterday to say what a lovely class they were - makes my heart smile
