LOL @Faith-and-Hope I have been drinking like a fish so definitely keeping my fluids up.
Thank you for the care though Hon - it really is much appreciated. I promise you I will only do what I can tomorrow. It will be directed mostly by the kids - I have showed them what to do and now it is theirs to work out. I had to laugh today when the little cherub that was first to do her birdhouse was moving around the pieces like a jigsaw. It took her quite a while to work out where all the pieces had to go ...with a little help from one of the other boys. It really was a joy to watch ...then she got so excited about gluing and nailing it all together. She gave the drilling away to the other boy as she was getting tired ...little darling was sooo cute with it all though ...Now that is how school should be - learning by doing and with a smile on their face - and a joy for me to watch too
I am going to try for another early night though so don't worry about me Hon - I am trying to push through this but am also aware of needed to rest when my body tells me to. ...and there is a staffroom that I can put my feet up for a while if I need to. Luckily it is a nice place to be as well so ...unlike previous staffrooms I have known - everyone is lovely and supportive ...and have quicly worked out I am tenacious when it comes to getting things done so none of them will be surprised that I will be in tomorrow.
The assistant Principal said she did not expect me in today after seeing me on Monday but also understood how much we have to do and that I am determined to get it done ...2 more days and then I can rest on the weekend - and hopefully the ABs have helped by then too.
