My old good gp said his med salesman explained it is all in the different half lives. They are all related ... molecularly, just an extra link in chain ... I found I used to startle awake after 4 hours. It put me off the whole ... ahem ... d family.

@Faith-and-Hope I think you know I was a massage therapist for many years. Just wanted to respond to your wondering about massage and shingles - if it's still in the blister phase it can be infectious so there is some cause for caution (it is a virus), but before the blisters appear and once they are crusted you are not infectious (https://www.cdc.gov/shingles/about/transmission.html). But it also tends to cause acute nerve pain which the massage is extremely good for. Hoping your massage gave you some good relief from the pain you mention. And that this week at uni goes well for you.

@Zoe7 I really hope today goes well for you and you feel some excitement and hope. It's so good that you have your own class to go forward with. A chance to form some relationships with the kids and really follow their progress.
