Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

Good morning @Faith-and-Hope @Zoe7

Been thinking a lot about you both.

Been reading along, so know things have not been easy.

I hope to be around a bit more again now.

Hubby discharged from hospital yesterday afternoon. Got home late pm.

He is much improved, but still a long way to go.

Talk more later.

Love and best wishes to you both.

Sherry 💕

Re: Far and Away

So pleased you got home safely @Former-Member even if it was late. Also nice to read that hubby is doing so much better even if there is a long way to go still. Hope you have had some rest today and are managing being home okay.

Hey @Faith-and-Hope Have been thinking of you a lot today. One of the kids in grade 6 is off to Greece soon for about a month and that of course made me think of you Not long before you head off yourself!

Had a conversation with the Assistant Principal and Acting Principal about next term (wrote about it on ANC) but wanted to let you know here too. They are really pushing for me to stay so hoping that holds some weight.

How has your day been Hon? ...and how is D1 doing?

Re: Far and Away

I hope your BD is recovering well in hospital @Faith-and-Hope Sorry I have not kept up to date with what is happening with you. I am sorry you have to sell your home. Thank you for acknowledging me F&H. I appreciate your warmth and kindness.

I'm seeing my psych and GP on Thursday, not sure what the plan will be. I know I am struggling and I really don't know what to do. I am open to advice & suggestions?

I spoke to the anesthesia, who did my anaesthetic on the 14th Feb. I am still worried about the reaction I had to the medication, and she thinks I had post operative delirium. She said "We sometimes see this in kids and anxious patients recovering from a general anaesthetic". I am unsure if it was that type of reaction and more akathisia. I just don't know. We have limited the possible medication/s that caused the reaction. My concern is if their is underlying problem here. I have done a bit of research about it and what I have read it can be underlying neurological problem. I just don't know who to talk to about this. I really didn't want to make something out of it. But a part of me is disappointed because I put a lot of trust in this Dr and I thought she would make good decisions in relation to medication. Previous to this operation I've had three severe reactions to medication from anaesthetic and two others in Hospital- one on the ward and the other in accident & emergency. I am not sure how to move forward and do I discuss this with the psych on Thursday and my GP??

Re: Far and Away

It seems that since stopping you ADs things have gone downhill @oceangirl so that is a consideration when you talk to your GP. Be honest with them and let them help you.
