You absolutely need a referral to the other neurologist @Former-Member I still cannot believe how dismissive that other one was - angry for you Hon - grr! Hopefully your GP will be able to help you both tomorrow - let us know how the appointment goes.

Yes our furbabies are wonderful companions. My mum picked up Cat today when she was here and asked her if she could take her home with her. I nearly fell off the couch - followed by a quick - no way she is my baby! I know mum really misses having the cats around. They both died so close to each other and she misses their snuggles. Mum and dad have 3 dogs but mum would love another cat - Dad won't have it - he says it is too much at their age. Really he just couldn't cope with another loss. For a non-cat loving person he really loved those cats.

It is great that you got to the nursing home today too @Former-Member I think it is wonderful how much you give despite everything you are dealing with in your personal life - shows great character and strength Hon and I am sure the people at the nursing home benefit from your kindness. Such a lovely thing you do

Thanks sweetheart. I used to get migraines lasting 3-4 days before I was menopausal, so I understand how debilitating they can be. I hope your headache starts to ease up soon. I know you're on painkillers, but do you have any peppermint oil? Rubbing this into your temples can help with headaches.

No I don't have any peppermint oil @Sans911 but I need to go to the chemist for some of my other meds tomorrow so I will see what they have. Hope you are doing ok Hon. Haven't caught up with how you are going the last few days - but haven't done much as you would expect. Pain meds are helping tonight but won;t be too long before I am in sleepy land I suspect too
