You really should be putting it up and resting it @Shaz51 Have had many sprained ankles as a result of sports injuries (and one football related one at work) and the leg does ache when it is a bad sprain. Have you had it checked out my sister - just to make sure there is no more damage than a sprain?

If it is causing pain up your leg then you really should get it checked out @Shaz51 - at least keep it raised as much as you can and stay off it my sister. I know you have things you need to do for others but you also need to look after yourself. Resting it now on the couch with your laptop sounds like just what you need.

i just put the jug on for a cuppa

we tend just to keep going and going and sometimes we should listen and stop

smoky the cat owners are away and there has been someone looking after him

we went to clean this morning and heard that he bit the visitor and that he has being sitting outside in the rain during the week

when we arrived smoky was extra cuddly ( I think he missed us ) and I am sure he is missing his owners who will be back on sunday

Work was probably not the best idea today @Shaz51 but good you are listening to your body now and resting the ankle.

Cats are like that @Shaz51 very protective of their owners and those they are used to. It is great that he could have extra cuddle time with you today - sure he is missing his owners a lot. I know my cat would be extra put out if anyone but me or my sister looked after her. She is used to my sister as she visits here most weekends - Cat is even used to her dog and can always retreat to her room if she feels threatened in any way.

I am waiting on my glasses being repaired, so doing a little work in the library at the moment, but not feeling very tired, so that’s good.

I am thinking of you too @Former-Member , and missing you. I am so sorry that things are really rough for you right now, and it sucks being so far away from your brother and sister-in-law when your heart is right there ......

Please keep taking care of you, and send them everything you can ..... it might not feel like much, but it is. It tells them how much you want to be with them and can’t be.
