Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

Re: Far and Away

It is good that you don't feel tired @Faith-and-Hope especially after your later night last night (and the rest of them this week). I have to get my eyes tested - might organise that in the holidays - I know I need glasses ...have a pair from the chemist that I occasionally need to read very small print.

What classes did you have today Hon?

Re: Far and Away

I have to get my eyes tested too @Zoe7 , @Faith-and-Hope

to see how bad my diabetes is

you think they should of done the testing last year when I went for glasses

Re: Far and Away

I had painting class this morning @Zoe7 , followed by Photoshop. Feeling so frustrated at the moment. I can’t temember the processes for repeating our task from last week, and I am finding the instructions unclear and too hard to follow. I seem to do be doing everything right, but the results are not coming up correctly, and the images are not the same as the sample ones ..... I hoped to get this out of the way quickly and easily but it hasn’t turned out that way, so time to pack it in for tonight, and go home to do something else. I will try to get D3 to walk me though it again tomorrow.

Re: Far and Away

That is frustrating @Faith-and-Hope but packing it up rather than dwelling on it any further for now is a good move. Put this one out of your mind until you can get some help from Visual. A fresh set of eyes and a little different persepctive may be just the solution.

Concentrate on something else for tonight and leave photoshop until you are a little less stressed about it.

Yeah @Zoe7, that’s all I can do I think .....

Re: Far and Away

It is often good when you get to this stage of frustration to look at it with new eyes at a later stage @Faith-and-Hope rather than going round in circles as you presently seem to be doing. Have yourself a night off and tackle it again tomorrow. You do need to catch up on some sleep too Hon so it might be nice to have a relaxing evening ...I know that also includes some of your other work that you enjoy so work on that instead.

I am having a night off from everything - washing is pegged out, kitchen is tidy and fur babies happily snuggle in their repsective areas so going to kick back, watch a little of the footy tonight and sleep as soon as I start getting tired rather than pushing to stay awake a little longer so I am not up super early - can always sleep again in the morning if need be tomorrow.

Any plans for the weekend apart from work and church?

Re: Far and Away

I have a photography assignment to work on tomorrow, out and about @Zoe7 with Visical as my subject, and a neck massage booked.

The kids and I wanted to go to an art exhibition on Sunday, but S2 is still down and out, so we might have to rethink that one.

Re: Far and Away

It would be good if S2 could get himself up for the exhibition Hon - might give him a little lift to see it but I know how tired he has been also.

Hopefully the neck massage will help release some of the tension for you @Faith-and-Hope - I store stress/tension in my neck as well and that gives me headaches.

I think it is lovely that Visual is your subject for your assignment - it sounds like a lovely bonding activity for you both as well.

It is supposed to rain here tonight and tomorrow so I won't be doing much. I have nowhere I need to be or nothing out I need to do apart from going to the chemist - but that is not essential until the middle of the week so it can wait. I can already see it will be a jammies weekend for me (probably both days lol).

Re: Far and Away

hi @Faith-and-Hope hope you're having a nice Friday night. who's Visual, is that one of your kids?

Re: Far and Away

Yeah @BryanaCamp .... my youngest, also known as D(aughter)3.

I haven’t actually gotten home yet, so I am not sure what sort of night I am having ..... lol

Not really laughing. The kids have had a blow-up / meltdown. Everyone a bit frayed at this end of the week in our pressure-cooker situation, and probably hungry. I called ahead to see what to bring / cook / order in ..... found it all gone to pieces sonfirat things first will be sorting everybody out enough to eat something and go to bed.

One of those nights ....
