A challenge I would think 😕 Hope this is a time yo rekindle some first love maybe.
Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

That is great @Faith-and-Hope onwards and upwards for them both I hope Hon

WHat is on the agenda for you tonight? ...other than visual diary work

Re: Far and Away

Working back in the library tonight @Zoe7 . Visual has a late class and D2 is here with me. S2 not answering his phone, which is fine. He is tending to come home and crash out after classes. It’s clearly still a major effort for him.

Re: Far and Away

I completely understand the effort it takes to get back into it all - so not surprising S2 is still struggling with energy @Faith-and-Hope It would be taking a toll on him both emotionally and physically but he is doing it despite that exhaustion and that is awesome.

So pleased also that Visual is still getting to uni and you no doubt have research to do in the library so it works out well for all of you. It will be nice to walk home with your girls - saviour those moments Hon - it is those little things that make our day so much better

Wishing you a better night tonight @Zoe7 , and an easy day tomorrow ..... 💚🌷

Re: Far and Away

It was a better night @Faith-and-Hope No disturbing dreams and sleeping through the earlier hours of the night - waking really early but managed to get a little more sleep before the alarm went off.

It is papier mache day with the grade 6 class so that should be fun. Then an assembly in the afternoon to end the day. Very much looking forward to the weekend and getting some rest before the lat week before the school holidays.

I saw you were up pretty late again so hoping you got a lot of work done and then slept well afterwards. Have a great day today too Hon.

Re: Far and Away

Thanks @Zoe7 🙏

So glad to hear you had more settled sleep. That’s better......

I have woken early too, and now my mind is venturing across our situation, trying to make sense of it, which is pointless in fact, so I am going to get up and ready for uni, and get there early to work on my unfinished Photoshop homework,

It was that trade-off again last night, two ways ..... sleep against getting more on top of my studies ...... and working on backlog ahead of current homework. So for me too, I am needing to get through this one more day to get to the weekend for more rest.

Take care Hon ..... gently, gently through the day ..... and me too 😏

Re: Far and Away

I hope you have been able to gently work through the day @Faith-and-Hope and that you have done enough to get to the weekend for a rest. Burning the candle at both ends is not ideal but I get that you are trying to catch up on work and that in itself has its own rewards.

A pretty slow day for me today - the morning and afternoon went quickly but the middle of the day was a bit longer. Did a little papier mache with the kids and will bring it home next week when it dries to do a little for the kids over the holidays otherwise we may not have it completed by the end of next term. I'll get the shape of it all sorted and then the kids can cover it with paper over a couple of weeks ready to paint and add the finishing touches. It is a slow process only being there for an hour each week.

As usual I am glad to be home. Have the washing to peg out - did a load this morning but didn't have enough time to peg it out. I'll do the rest tomorrow - along with all the other housework. Not as tired this afternoon so might even get it started this evening.

Hi also @Former-Member Been looking out for you and thinking of you Hon
