Broken sleep again @Faith-and-Hope but nearly 10 hours all together - still feeling tired this morning but need to get up and about and ready for work. Have the heater on this morning as it is a cold morning - that makes it harder to get mobile this morning but hopefully it is a bit warmer once I have a shower. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t sleep through again. The 10 hours is good though, a mixture of sleep and rest wiill get you through.

Last day here .... going to the movies with D1 was lovely last night, as was catching up with friends.

Will pop in and out across the day as I can. I hope it is an enjoyable one for you at school today.

It was a very long day today @Faith-and-Hope I hurt my leg getting ready - tripped over myself lol - it is not too bad - just a bit sore to walk on and going up and down stairs a lot today didn't help. I felt a little like I was falling apart today but held it together and got through. Forgot to take my wallet with me too so now I have to go out again to get Toby food - just one of those days I will be happy to get through.

I hope you are having a much better day than me. It was lovely to read you had a good day with D1 and meeting your friend - makes the trip well worth it hey

Mine was okay - watered what is left of my garden, and got my problem nails seen to .... spent most of the day with D1.

I don't have an early appointment tomorrow so will check in here in the morning and look out for you throughout the day when I can. I hope you arrived safely and everything is as okay as it can be at home @Faith-and-Hope I slept for quite a long time again last night - only waking up once during the night. I certainly don't feel quite right the last few days but I guess some down days are to be expected - need to pick myself up as much as I can and hope this is just a minor blip on the radar. Will sleep when I can to help get through the days when I am not at work. Just need to get through the next few days, get to the weekend and hope I can reset a little then. DBT and gp today and needing to do a little grocery shopping if I can get there. There is nothing that I urgently need though as I did a little shop yesterday.

My mr. and I were in the air at the same time, going in opposite directions, which was a bit weird ..... a bit metaphor-ish possibly 😏.... but in any case it was very late when I arrived back last night. I am running late for uni this morning because I stopped to try to find some wire I had been working with last year in the art space ..... but I am on the tram at the moment, so there is nothing much I can do about that ..... might still get to lectures on time, but without my breakfast, methinks.
