Far and Away

.. funny thing is that my bank now is trying to offer a homeloan, guess their computers been sniffing around the internet re activity lol @Snowie

I already have a few home loans through this bank @TAB so hoping my net value helps.

Is this your first house @TAB

yes first home @Snowie and am 61 years old in 6 months lol saved from homelessness ha ha

@TAB that is amazing and a great example for others. You should be so proud of yourself from going through all of that adversity and coming out the other side.

..just dumb luck @Snowie .. been on public housing years ago, was Hell on Earth re other tenants.. family never helped me get a place, paid off 3 houses at least for landlords over the years.

just lucky was some money left in estate after giving very well off siblings equal shares etc

.. just enough to still get something in country for 1 person, even after values went up 50 % recently

It is good to know about your reading and writing as part of your safety plan @Snowie 👍

How annoying @TAB about the misspelling your surname and joining you first and middle names. You would think they would be the first things checked - certainly would not instil you with any confidence that everything else is above board and correct also 😔

Just had to make a quick trip to Bunnings. My shower head has had a crack in it for a few weeks but broke completely when I screwed it off - have a brand new one now so all fixed.

thats good re shower and guess what, they said they fixed receipt yet did not bother re-sending it ... so what was the point of the whole exercise ?? @Zoe7 lol

OMG @TAB incompetent????

just seem rude and up themselves @Zoe7 not sure why they would decide to change my name, just idiotic.

used to get misspelled all the time 1970s, early 80s, not since then well til now lolo

I quite often get my surname spelt or said incorrectly @TAB Sometimes I just don't bother, other times I correct people - depends on the situation.
