guess 'people' including me forget that its better to own something as opposed to renting.

yes, where have been looking, some places being sold tenanted so that would suggest own cant afford it or trying to trade up.

best places in low price range going very quickly though.

well it is possible might be in the soup housing wise.

perhaps try and renew lease early or talk to landlord ?

yes, dont want to be carting dog around in rentals.

sounds a bit like me with 'what if' mindset .. just end up living as if everything has already gone wrong ...

well am looking at property interstate as too dear here , plus no reason to be here anymore( not working) and no connections.

but with accom the way it is , thinking will have to hang onto van for time being and double up on trip back here and double rent while looking for a place

anyway lots to worry about. or just try and shut noise out and hope for the best 🙂
