Thank you for asking... my day has been pretty average. I didn't have a very good weekend, so I'm feeling a little low.

I hope I'll get out of it tomorrow. Actually, I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow.

But yes, I don't feel the best, nor do I feel like I'm myself... you know? Just that low feeling for no apparent feeling 😞

That's not good @tyme but I get it. We have those days but recognising that it is okay to feel that way some days and look forward to tomorrow being a new day is positive in itself. Pile on the self care and just get through as best you can tonight 💖
