Can't answer that @Former-Member I am having a week off work (at this stage) - today being the first day. So much loss and grief to get through alongside physical pain - so it is a day at a time at present.

We lost my sister's partner's sister 2 weeks ago @Former-Member and my second cousin last week through suicide ...just too much for me.
