@Former-Member Been outside this morning trying to do some more of my paving but have only lasted about 10 minutes at a time - I can't physically do anymore than that. That is a pretty good indication I am worn out. It is frustrating also because doing those physical things always helps me mentally as well. I will rest now and try again later to do some more.

Spent some more time outside until the rain began @Former-Member I will go out again when it stops. In the meantime, watching tv and snuggled with Tobes. It is good to rest my back. I am trying to put off having pain relief until later as they also cause nausea - so have to weigh up the benefits and effects. How are you travelling Hon?

Gave in and had pain relief @Eve7 then a nap. I think the nausea is getting better - just my body adjusting to the new meds. It has also stopped raining for now so might measure up soon for a few more bricks. I have finished the step and now starting to put the edge bricks in place. I am concreting them in before I start cutting and laying the pavers in between. It is a big job but I have been doing a little at a time. I still have to buy some more pavers but for now I have enough to do just over half the path.

I hope your walk gave you some extra energy for this afternoon 💙

I'm okay @BlueBay Having the space and break from work and any commitments is helping. I don't feel I have had a day to myself for a very long time and although I have slept a lot I have also had time with my babies just being.
