Yes plenty of cuddles and self care @Shaz51 Already feeling a little relief from the pain with new meds so that is positive. My baby is right next to giving me snuggles. I need to give him a bath so might even do that tonight as I have time to get him dry. Clover is outside hiding in the garden. The rain has stopped but no doubt once it starts again she will be back inside.

@Snowie I need sleep - the pain has been keeping me up and I have been waking a lot feeling it so glad to have some help to lessen the pain ...so with any luck I will be able to sleep tonight.

Rest, recover and heal is the best thing @Zoe7 glad your principal is on board and agreed to you having time off. It's certainly takes a toll on our bodies when not feeling well physically and mentally. Sounds like you have a very supportive GP and psych.

Rest up lovely with your furbabies, i hope you have a restful day today.

@Faith-and-Hope @Snowie @Former-Member @Eve7 @Shaz51 @BlueBay I got some sleep last night and have slept most of today. The new pain killers have knocked me about but have helped with the pain - so that is a good thing. More couch time and fur baby snuggles for me this afternoon and tonight.

Definitely did @Snowie been running on empty for too long. I have a little energy this afternoon but I know if I lay down I will fall asleep because that exhaustion is still there. I struggled washing up today - could not stand long enough so did it in two goes 😔 Have to feed the fur babies now then back to the couch for the evening.
