A challenge I would think 😕 Hope this is a time yo rekindle some first love maybe.
Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

Re: Far and Away

That is probably a wise decision not telling your family @Zoe7 especially if time to yourself is needed.

I have been struggling lately. Have had more frequent appointments with my pdoc. Relying a lot on prn at the moment. My psych emailed my husband, doctor and pdoc after my last session. I am hoping this is just a stage I am going through.

Oh Hon I hope so too. It has been such a tough road for you but I hope everyone is on the same page and you can receive the support you so deserve. @Snowie 💙💙💙

Re: Far and Away

Hoping so @Zoe7 I spoke to my pdoc today and he suggested ECT again. I am not sure I want to go down that path or not.

Have the gp on Wednesday so will see what she says.

Have you got anything planned for tonight or are enjoying your fur babies?

Re: Far and Away

Sounds good to me @Zoe7 Your GP is wise.

Re: Far and Away

I suppose it depends on whether you think it may be helpful but I know it was very draining for you last time @Snowie See what your GP says - yours, like mine, know us very well. I had already pretty much decided I needed time off but having my GP say the same solidified it.

I am doing nothing tonight - jammies on and couch set up to settle in with my babies. I am still in a lot of pain with my back so being able to lay down and not have to think about (or do anything) for work will also help.

Re: Far and Away

Sounds like a nice relaxing night is in order @Zoe7

Hopefully with the time off too that your back gets better too.

I too am on the couch with the dog. Will head to bed soon however.

Re: Far and Away

Thank you @Eve7 A big squishy hug back to you too Hon 😘🤗

I think I will stay on the couch tonight @Snowie, put something on to watch and if I fall asleep early then so be it.
