Far and Away

@Snowie The carpet finally got laid today and they laid it in the wrong direction - but it is staying as it is because we need to be able to get in to set up for Wednesday. I did a fair bit today but have so much more to do tomorrow. We have meetings in the morning then the afternoon back in our classrooms - so going to be a long afternoon. I am going to try to get in super early to begin otherwise I will not get it all done. I would have stayed longer but I needed to get to a shop before it closed. Home now and fur babies fed - now to feed myself!

I have more to get organised tonight then into bed as soon as that is all done. I am surprisingly okay tonight - thought I would be absolutely exhausted but doing okay. I think I will sleep well tonight though - as soon as everything is finished I think I will crash.

Glad you are not too tired tonight hon. I am sure your fur babies missed you no doubt.

Hoping you get a good nights sleep tonight. It sounds like tomorrow will be busy and long 😴

It is very different to the carpet in the adjoining rooms @Snowie ...and has a striped effect that now also goes the wrong way - looks like lanes in the classroom lol It will be okay once we get the furniture and everything else in. I have 2 large rugs that will soften it a bit but it really is amusing.

Tobes was super excited - jumping up and down the hallway then went to the toilet (outside) and straight back in to see where I was. Clover just went outside and chased bugs lol

Just got home @Snowie - a very long day but the class is in some kind of order for now to at least start with the kids tomorrow ....the rest I will need to do as we go but hoping to get it well underway the rest of this week. Now have to get organised for the first day tomorrow - I will be making it up as I go for most of the day because I am just too tired to do much tonight. @Faith-and-Hope
