That is good news @Snowie It will be great to have some time away from the kids - and to a warm place too. Will you be staying near the beach somewhere Hon?

I hope the decrease in meds helps with reducing the levels you need to reduce and you can talk to your pdoc about what else can help. It is such a fine line between meds that help us mentally and have other physical side effects. One of mine occasionally causing light headedness - that is what happened when I hurt my knee - it came on really quickly that time - I can usually feel it happening and lay down straight away but that night it hit quickly and down I went ...didn't help I got myself caught on the mat - that is how I twisted my knee 😔

Been visiting Hollys grave each day. I talk to her all the time. See her everywhere. Imagine I hear her.

Actually I thought of you yesterday. I was up at Hollys grave and I turned to head back to the house. A beautiful big black and white butterfly, with a red patch on it, fluttered past me and rested on the flowers on Hollys grave. So pretty.

That is beautiful @Emelia8 I laid a butterfly in with Cat - right by her nose so she would always feel a part of me with her too. I am fortunate to be able to see Cat's grave from the kitchen. I have even seen Clover laying next to it a few times so I am wondering if she feels Cat is around. Toby has only just stopped looking for her in her favourite spot but I have been chasing Clover out of there until these holidays - now I let her go there because it is under a tree and cool in the heat.

Holly will be with you always - they leave such an indelible print on our lives and we are so fortunate to have had their unconditional love and companionship.

We are heading to the beach @Zoe7 Have organised to do a few tours to which should be good. Mum will look after the kids so at least she will do the school run.

That doesn't sound good on how you twisted your knee hon. Hopefully that doesn't happen again.

Sounds wonderful @Snowie I would like to go on a holiday to Northern Queensland ...to a butterfly sanctuary - but won't leave my babies - and would rather do some more to the house. Maybe in a couple of years when more is done and I can save a bit ...but then I want to do Art Therapy so the money will likely be saved for that. Not too fussed - can look at butterflies on the 'puter on the interweb lol
