A challenge I would think 😕 Hope this is a time yo rekindle some first love maybe.
Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

Hello @Former-Member

and other members visiting this thread

Nice to see you here. Hope that you are going well.

I am just about to go out to catch up with a friend before she goes back to Perth. She has been up here for about three days for a visit and to pick up some clothing and personal items.

It's going to be hot outside at 37℃, though even that few degrees below 40+ seems to be of some relief. My own capacity to deal with temperature and simply moving around is improving as a result of my progress in physical health and psychological recovery. I have noticed a substantial improvement over the last month.

A bit of a relapse yesterday, when I was talking about issues that are particularly sensitive for me, to do with Mum, but while it took me a while to recover stability, I am feeling much more balanced today. Am keeping a close eye on myself so that I can pick up any wobbles, but overall, doing well and feeling positive.

With Best Wishes

@HenryX

I hope you have a nice time with your friend. Sorry to hear about the relapse @HenryX

Hopefully a friend catch-up will help. Please let me know how you go.

Re: Far and Away

It is difficult to get vaccines, boosters and tests everywhere I think at the moment @Former-Member I managed to get in this weekend for my booster - they must have opened up some more timeslots though as I was going to have to wait until mid Feb and then I couldn't get into a slot that wasn't in work times - so I think I got lucky.

Re: Far and Away

I’d rather not be vaccinated, but feel like I’m being forced. Oh well, just have to wait. Time goes quick. @Zoe7
