Far and Away

Good afternoon @Shaz51 @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @Zoe7 @HenryX and anyone else around.

Hoping you have all had a good day.

💗💗

how are you going today my friend @Snowie xxxx

I am ok thanks @Shaz51

Got my washing and ironing done which was good. Got the shopping done too.

Just couldn't get everything I needed. The shelves were stripped bare of meat, chicken and toilet paper.

How has your day been?

I know @Snowie there is no meat up here on the selves , will have to go to the local butcher shop tomorrow

Great news on both the cyclone and COVID @Shaz51 🤸‍♀️

Have mowed the backyard and put together some more of the treehouse for school @Faith-and-Hope @Shaz51 @Snowie @Former-Member @HenryX I need to repaint the little fences as there is dust all over them - because stupid me left them outside and forgot to put them in the garage to dry once I sprayed them last night. I am going to need to give them a sand first to get all the dust off - a simple job has turned into a bigger one 😞

yes just showers today @Zoe7 , yaaaaa

tomorrow might be able to get into mum`s garden and take a load to the dump

I was intending to do the same tomorrow @Shaz51 but we are now expecting rain as well - you must be sending it down to us lol So it looks like I won't be doing anymore in the garden until next week. I do need to get it done quickly though as I need the trailer to move things to school and was intending to start that on Monday when someone will be there but it might have to wait now a couple of days.

People are going nuts down here @Shaz51

Visited the butcher today too and he was short on meat also.

@Zoe7 Sounds like you got some things ticked of your list today hon.

is school there starting at the same time @Zoe7

In queensland we are not startting until the 7th February

will have to see how tomorrow turns out

Yeah I did @Snowie which feels good. We have a shortage of a lot of things too - spent way more than I usually would today to get a couple of things from the supermarket ...tomatoes were on special though so that made up the difference ( @Adge got truss tomatoes on special so now I have plenty)
