I'm doing okay. WH was defiantly set up with his choc-chews last night .... so he's just gonna ignore what I said for now ....

If he's skirting into and out of the wake-up stage of this thing, then all these incidents will be weighting the scale to let him know there is something wrong with what he's doing .... he can't have his cake and eat it too .... which is ironically something he has always said to the kids ....

Didn't make it over to the cathedral the other day, so planning to do that today, on foot, so getting extra walking in to make up for extra snacking .... 💕 S2 has said he will come with me, and both of us take sketching gear .... but will wait and see how he wakes up before I believe that fully .... lol .... still changes with the wind a bit, as they do early 20's ....

Heading out for pre-brekky walk now. Amazing green parks around here with gazebos, statues, fountains, gigantic sea-gulls .... (King Gulls)

@Decadian I don't think you would like WH porridge any more that WH spanakopita .... it's full of every nut, seed, red powder supplement, green powder supplement, orange powder supplement and the kitchen sink supplement .... so thick the spoon stands upright in it .... and an amazing purple colour .... probably tastes alright by the teaspoonful .... but I can't get past the colour ....

Yuk @Faith-and-Hope - I don't like purple food - I couldn't get past the colour either - or the texture - or the supplements

I like porridge - different flavours are find but I like the bland sort of lack-of-colour

Thanks for giving me the heads-up - if I even get the idea that WH wants me to join him for porridge I will decline

Actually - I am a very fussy eater - I think this happened because of the poor quality of food I was given as a child and being told that something I did fancy would make me sick

I could get over that but why?

5:30pm here .... and just finished the tours .... all a bit rushed trying to fit in double .... but it is what it is.

MIL and WH each gave me a souvenir as an anniversary gift .... then headed off on their own after the tour they had wanted. I'm okay with that for the way things are at the moment, cos while he is not himself, all
Of these things become "fillers", buffers that help to carry us forward. It's not really going to get better until he receives treatment, so it's like anything that helps us get to the point where he is treated is a useful vehicle.

WH just text that I might want to grab something for dinner with the kids ahead of packing up to leave tomorrow for our next place.

The touring today was great. We went to a castle that had been completely derelict, and is now almost restored .... from fragments of wallpaper and old photos taken in the late 1800's ... fascinating.

The second stop was an archeological museum of early Viking inhabitation, followed by an old university library, sometimes used for films.
