not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

lol @BlueBay. you are meant to be culling furniture - not adding. lol. but i can't go into Bunnings and come out with just the one thing I was meant to buy either..... and they know it.... i spend way to much there. Although I have been good and have avoided their shop all year!!!! So far. But mum got me Bunning vouchers for Christmas and my garden does need some more sugar cane mulch and some Seasol Spray. lol. So won't be long before I am back there again.

Yes, baby stuff, mega expensive. And most of it isn't needed. There are beautiful and cute little outfits for newbornes. But really singlets and growsuits are far more comfortable for them, And so easy to wash.

Love how they have a Layby. But that in itself could pose a problem for someone like me. When my best friend was pregnant, I bought a nappy bin for her one week. Then every fortnight when I did the grocery shopping, I would add something for her bub. A bath thermometre, singlets, teething rings, etc. It didn't add much to the grocery bill, but i filled that bucket up by the time the baby arrived. And before I gave it to her, I could afford then to go and buy a beautiful baby blanket as well.

I miss those days. My 14 year old son, informed me AGAIN, that he is not having kids. I think when I'm reaedy to be a Grandma, I'll just adopt some neighbourhood kids, with Grandparents that live too far away.

I'm glad you managed to get some sleep. I don't know if that documentary would have been a good option for you to watch. A bit triggering for a lot of people i imagine.

Tomorrow, I cut down my sons Peach Tree which we have never been able to get fruit off. It's been infected with a Gumogisis or something or other. Anyway, it is going to get the chop tomorrow. And then I'll dig 4 new holes and plant my new plants. And mow some more of my garden/grass. etc etc.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

So good to read you sounding much better. You are doing well.

And congrats on being a soon-to-be grandma (or mumma as I prefer to be called).

I think I recall you having a dream of holding a baby and feeling a great love and joy not long ago wondering what it meant. Well there you go my friend - a gift not only to your daughter. The love and close bond you will form with your grandchild will help heal the wounds of the love denied you. Life has a way of making the wrongs right to those who are good and loving. Hence our hope is never in vain. Seize the opportunity as you are already starting to. All will get better, you will get better as will your life 🙂

Re: not feeling good

Good morning @BlueBay. It's a gorgeous day here. Cool crisp and sunny. Unusual after the previous hot weeks we've had.
I hope you slept well.
One more day until the ultrasound and you get to listen to Grandbabies heart beat. So exciting.

Morning @Zoe7@Former-Member@utopia

I have just had breakfast while reading through some posts here 🙂 You know the best part of being on here is just reading everyone's support and love for each other. It makes me so happy to see, I love it

I did sleep well, although my asthma and cough didn't wake me up!!! My poor daughter is still very chesty, but she has today and tomorrow off work.

My hubby and one son have gone to a car show over an 1 hour away from home. My youngest son went out last night and I don't even know what time he came in.

Think I will have a shower and wash my hair and I don't really know what I'll do today. Maybe some grocery shopping 😞

The weather is terrible, windy and cold - so much for summer. Might have to start knitting again.

What are you going to do today @Zoe7? Hi @utopia i see that you're gfoing to be busy today in the garden. Isn't it nice when you plant fruit trees and vegies and then you pick and eat them. The taste is so different 🙂 That is so good that your son can cook, my boys started to cook at about the same age; now in their 20's they can cook basically anything. It is really good as I think it prepares them for when they go out into the big wide world (still waiting for mine to do that!!!)

@Former-Member yes, do you remember my dream. The calmness, the peace the love I had for this baby that was in my arms. Now I get it - this baby will be my grandchild. Oh i can't wait. I am trying to calm down and not be too over the top, but I just can't wait to tell all my friends. No one knows yet, only you guys on here and my GP and pysch. I just want to scream it out loud 🙂

Wishing you all a beautiful day full of joy and positiveness. Back later to chat again xxxooo

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay. Hopefully after Mondays ultrasound you might be able to start 'screaming it out' to everyone. Lol.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay I had a really horrible night so I am not going to do much at all today. I'm still feeling quite ill so I am just going to take it easy and not put any pressure on myself to do anything.

I am glad you did sleep

Knitting sounds like a great thing to do on a windy and cold day.
