not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay, nice to hear from you. Not doing much sounds pretty good to Me. Think you deserve a bit of down time after recent weeks. The extra pay will come in handy.

My day is going alright, if a little slowly this afternoon. Got to stop watching the clock as that definitely does not help things. I'm glad the weather has improved a little bit from yesterday for you. I'm near the ocean, but, not so close the winds really make a difference. The days are getting slightly longer now which is fantastic. I've been out for a few short walks which has been nice.

Wishing you all the best.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Meowmy my day was nice and quiet.

@Gazza75 Im ok. I got a call before from local hospital. I need to see my psychologist again it’s the same one i saw fir the past 6 months but she had to close the file dnd start sgsin. But I can still see her I just needed to call again. But the earliest I can now see her is September. Waiting niw could be a problem. It’s a long time.

It’s getting dark here I think it might rain.

Hi @Ali11 @Owlunar @Shaz51 i wasn’t good last night. Well actually it started ok. My D znd I make each other laugh with silly things. We end up laughing so much. But the last few days when I have laughed so hard I feel really dizzy and the sensation of fainting happens. Last night I went straight to the ground but then within seconds I was ok. It’s weird. I googled it (as you do) and there is such a thing. It’s not enough oxygen going to the brain hence the fainting.

Hope all well.

Wow @BlueBay, glad you're okay after that faint! That must've been a bit scary. Do you do any breathing exercises?

No I don’t do any breathing exercises @Ali11

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay , that's a long time to wait for a psychologist. Make's me remember I need to schedule another one with mine. Maybe you can ask the hospital to get you in if theres a cancelation or something. I find my psychologist the most helpful support I have, even if I don't agree with some of her information.

You'll have to come up with a signal or something for when you start getting dizzy and try to cut back on the laughter. It's good to be able to laugh at that kind of stuff. I miss being able to do that with people. Hope your day is going well.

Re: not feeling good

Yeah my daughter and I are so funny together. We stir each other up. And then she suddenly put Nutella on my face while I was trying to sleep. She did that last night. And then I chased her around the kitchen to get her but my younger son was caught in the middle and tried to get him too.

So yes I need to slow down my laughter.

I’m going to miss my daughter when she moves our eith her bsby. And I’ll miss terribly my beautiful granddaughter. She has come into this works to help me heal. Her love for me as a grandmother is just beautiful.

Hows your day going @Gazza75 ❤️

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay , that sounds lovely and you have a lot of fun together. Hopefully they don't move to far away and you can maintain the great relationship and support that you have now. I hope you didn't make to much of a mess with the nutella in bed LOL

My day is going pretty well, been able to grab a few short walks which I always enjoy. It's nice having the freedom to be able to do that. I'll try and get to the gym this arvo. Nothing to exciting.
