not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Was writing a reply and missed your latest update @BlueBay, sorry about that Money is a stressor for most of us, it can be a scary thing to think about, can't it? Have you written down your incoming and outgoing payments to work out any opportunities to reduce some of the worry?

Re: not feeling good

@Ali11 Yeah I did aspreadsheet and at the end of the year we are $3,000 down. We don’t drink or smoke. We go away once a year which we pay off 6 months in advance by weekly payments. It all goes into mortgage, bills, body corporate and grocery shopping. We hardly ever buy new clothes. We have a ciffee out once a fortnight.

Its very stressful and I feel very guilty because if I didn’t have a mental illness I could wirk more.

Hi @BlueBay ,

I'm sorry your having such a rough time again.

I know how diffucult it can be to get by with little or no money. It can be so stressful.

Try and take some deep breaths and to be calm. You can get through it. Don't put to much

pressure on yourself. You can't solve everything tonight, but, you can try and keep the

panic at bay. You will find a way to make ends meet. Believe in yourself. xoxoxo Hugs

Thanks @Gazza75 ❤️

I’m starting to really panic snd am scared. I need to try to calm down and hopefully get to sleep.

I think I’m trying to sort everything out in my head snd I just csnt.

My problem is I struggle with “believing in myself”

The spreadsheet is a good idea @BlueBay, it often helps to see visually what's happening so it's not as much of a mystery. The guilt is understandable, you're not alone in feeling that about MI and work, but you can't be too hard on yourself over it, you're doing what you can for now and that's enough

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay, your doing everything that you can. @Ali11 is right about how challenging MI can make things. I'm sure you will feel better after a good nights sleep and rest. Hang in there. Wishi I had something more constructive to help you through this.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay hey think you will fine. One year, I had a major breakdown and was out of work for fourteen months. My mum gave four thousand dollars to renovate the kitchen. I lived on it. In the end, I had one thousand left after fourteen months. I had the kitchen renovated when I return to work. I was panicking . But it wasn't that bad. Main thing didn't go out much. Didn't buy anything. Just did the necessary. Think you will be okay.

ive got a 24hr blood pressure monitor this morning.

Im home today just not doing much.

Im meant to have tomorrow off work but now I have to work. At least I’ll get extra pay.

Hope you are all having a nice day.

Cold out here but not as bad as yesterday. It was very icy wind cold especially where I live near the bay.
