not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

@Bunniekins I tried a few times to stsy away from the forum but I only lasted no more than one week.

I love to talk to others in here. I don’t feel so alone. But I’m now questioning am I depending on the forum too much. I don’t know. I don’t want to leave. It will be horrible. I need people around. Is that depending on others?

I’m so confused. I’m angry with him. I felt like yelling at him and telling him “do you know how it feels to have BPD”

im a mess at the moment.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay Personally I would hate to see you go particularly when you are being told to. It is different when you feel in yourself the time is right. My psychiatrist and mental health nurse both know that I am on Sane and haven't questioned it. I completely understand why you are so upset over this I would be too.

Thankyou @Bunniekins ❤️

a few times over the past year I’ve been annoyed with my psych. But he is “the best” in my area that is so switched on with medication. So I wouldn’t know who to see.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay Next time he brings it up just say you agree to disagree with him and leave it at that. You are an intelligent woman who knows her needs. Like you say he is a great psych but that doesn't mean you have to agree with averything he says and he has to respect that.

@BlueBay @Bunniekins @Shaz51 @eudemonism @Former-Member @Zoe7 @MDT @Owlunar I think the forum increases our distress tolerance rather than making us dependent. Through mutual support and care, we can achieve more in recovery, independence and reaching life goals.

Everyone needs support, but some need more support than others because of background ,setting.

There is no shame in needing the extra support. It is weaker to not reach out and get what we need.It is weaker to not open up ,help and be helped .

I am feeling intense emotions after psychology session. Hopefully all for the better.

Hi @Bunniekins

I think this is where the big problem is

- because he is “a professional, a psychiatrist “ I don’t want to upset them. I feel if I ever could say something it would get him angry with me.

I struggle hugely with communication and pleasing others.

Re: not feeling good

Also I just remembered he told me that my been dependent on others is an addiction. And he compared it to alcoholics. Thsts how he sees me.

I know I do need others around me especially when vulnerable emotional.

I don’t see myself as the same as an alcoholic. Maybe I should take up drinking.

Ive got so many problems.

I am angry st myself for not being stronger. And reply back to him

I’m hating myself so much tonight

I just want it all to go away

I don’t want it.

i want nothing anymore

I want to self harm

I hate it all

Re: not feeling good

Breathe @BlueBay ......

You are angry Hon, as I would be hearing that too .... it’s not easy to hear, and it is advice, but it doesn’t sound like it was delivered in a way that was supportive to your self-esteem. If you are what might be considered overly-dependent on others, then it’s something that has developed for a reason, and can’t be quickly and easily changed ...... you need to develop confidence to step away into your own strength gently and progressively.

Watch what is happening with your little A ..... she will gradually, and with love, develop her independence, and that doesn’t mean she won’t stay connected to her special relationships. She will, and you need to too.
