not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

That sounds like a delicious and nutritious breakfast @Meowmy. Presentation is only for Instagram

Walking is so good! I saw a video the other day of Tyson Fury (the heavyweight boxing champion) talking about how he overcame his low point in life a couple of years ago by just making himself go walking every day. The blood flow, the fresh air, the movement, it all helps. From there he went back into training and then won the title again! Quite an inspiring story.

Is your neighbourhood a good one for walking (sights etc)?

Re: not feeling good

@Meowmy yea. Thanks for the sentiment. It's up and down for me. Each day is a new battle. But overall life is a struggle.

It's gotten to the point where i think I'd be better of sedated and have take as i need sedatives/drugs which induce hypersomnia. Simply because everything causing my mi is external of me. And i can't control or change any of it. And I'm sick of fighting/struggling

I've tried to adjust, adapt and change as best i could. But nothing it's all the same stuff at the end of the day...

The meds they got me on are sh!t

@Ali11 Walked a short one to newsagent to get a cord, sat for a coffee . Mum is throwing challenges my way. Thinking of may be getting a bit of space from her. But just stay focused for now. Thanks for care and support. So good.

Re: not feeling good

@eudemonism I had similar experiences for a long time. I always held on some sort of hope. Very hard. I battled Suicide daily, hourly for years. Can understand thoughts of wanting to give up. Takes years to get onto right meds. Every time, I gave up and lie down, I had to pick myself up again. Mostly for me, I fought to be in the workforce.

Wish you persistent hope. Get what you need.

Will keep everyone in prayers.

@Owlunar @BlueBay @eudemonism @Ali11 @Zoe7 @Former-Member Mum has been a great support when I had been very ill. But she was never someone who would help my confidence in myself. She is older generation woman, likes to keep women low key and confident in themselves. Last couple of days, I just started to build my confidence, then she steps in to dampen it down.

I just keep a bit more space from her and spent more time in the other room in the house. See how it goes. Nothing is easy in life.

Re: not feeling good

@Ali11 @BlueBay @eudemonism @Owlunar @Zoe7 @Former-Member @MDT I have an issue with relationship to a male friend. We met when we were studying at Uni. Then I caught up with ten years ago. In the worst time of my life and illness. He is a clear thinking logical man and was very helpful to see me out of the mess I was in. He is my only friend in the real world. He said a few times that he does not have an intimate relationship with me, and unlikely it will lead to marriage. But he always leave a bit of possibility to say that is not completely out. I do find this confusing some times. I often don’t know how I feel myself. Sometimes it makes me feel down. A lot just confused. Let me know what you guys think.

Re: not feeling good

Friendships can certainly develop into relationships @Meowmy but it depends entirely on what you want it to be. If you just want the friendship then tell him that and if you want more then that is something you need to talk with him about too.

Re: not feeling good

@Zoe7 @I definitely want the friendship and don’t mind if go towards a relationship a bit. We did try to go at relationship a bit, then he suddenly distanced himself and paused it, then he came back and make an effort to maintain the friendship. So I don’t know what he wants

Re: not feeling good

That might be a conversation you need to openly have with him @Meowmy If you feel like you want more then ask him if he feels the same. It is a tricky conversation to have but one that you probably need to have if you have stronger feelings for him than just friendship.

Re: not feeling good

@Zoe7 We had quite a few those conversations. He initiated them usually. But it always end up with we maintaining friendship with slight leaning towards a bit of relationship. I think that what he wants. It works ok for me but sometimes get a bit confused.
