not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

@BlueBay Rather than finding all the individual links I'll list the ones I have used in the past - Pureprofile, MyView, MyOpinions, Valued Opinions - they vary in how much you can earn per month but I used to do them quite regularly and it soon adds up.

@eudemonism @BlueBay @Ali11 @Zoe7 @MDT @Owlunar good morning. Mornings always a bit hard. Thoughts of fears and loss come back a bit. Now get to exercising. Hope slowly work through the day. Wish you all a good day.

Re: not feeling good

If you compare yourself to others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Hi @BlueBay

The words I have copied above are from The Desiderata - and they are true - and your life is what it is right now but you are not living a doomed life unless you want to see it that way - financial stressors are something people live with - but your family is intact - your marriage might have problems - well does have problems - but you are still together - and you have your own Rose in your life - little A -

This is not a doomed life - you have so much more than your realise - and think about your mental health team - they are doing so much for you to look outside the box of MI and SI - not everyone has such support.

Your posts are never boring - they are actually interesting to me - you help me understand BPD far more than your realise - did I ever mention to you my son had BPD and I didn't know it at the time - I never could work out his stuff - I never saw him as a bad person - just a very confused one - really - you have helped me understand him a lot - he was only in his teens and was so lost - so unhappy - and choosing to living rough than staying in a nice home.

When it comes to financial issues I think I could say that most people have them to some degree but one thing I am sure of is that money doesn't make anyone happy. In fact the more people have the more they have to worry about -

And whatever people tell you about their lives is only what they choose to advertise - we never know what goes on behind closed doors - people do keep secrets and may live terrible lives within themselves - we can't tell and it's not our affair but you are not that badly off really - except you have an MI that colours your life and it's your choice to stay there or not - but it's not doomed - not in this country and not in this day and age

True - your childhood abuse is a raw wound in your life and this is what you need to deal with - it needs to be overcome with the help of therapists - I really don't know how to help you with that but it certainly colours how you see things now -

And if you are that broke now you can't get through to your next payday without using your credit card then you are living above your means to the degree that a coffee or not at the weekend isn't going to make a huge difference -

You are afraid you will lose your house - I hear that and understand - the kids you have living at home need to contribute board - I know they buy some food - maybe if you can hang on until they move out your can still have your home - I really can't state how important it is to hold onto the house because you have to live somewhere - but still

You have all your children and a grand-daughter - we all have stuff in our past that is painful to live with - we all have to get past unhappy memories - one way or another - and we can make our lives what we choose -

But you do share your life here and that's fine - I think it helps you to cope with your situation - no need to stop doing that - people obviously read it and no one reads what they don't want to - so this is working for you

But a doomed life - no - it's not - I really care about you BlueBay - and I write from my heart - believe me - as hard as it is it is within your power to improve your sitiuation -

Sending my best thoughts as always

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Meowmy

Mornings can be tough - I have known this problem since I injured my spine back in the last millenium - it takes me a while each morning to move around a bit or keep a wheat pack between me and something else and hope it wears off - mostly it does

One thing I found works wonders and I don't know why but I have been doing Sudoku Puzzles for years - I found I tend to concentrate on those for a while and my mind gets working and nearly always overcomes my back pain

So - I hear you Meowmy - mornings can be horrible - waking up to the same old same old - whatever that is - can be gloomy but it seems to me that you are doing the best by exercising

It's a really beautiful day here today - I actually love this time of year

Re: not feeling good

@Owlunar @BlueBay @Ali11 @Zoe7 @eudemonism good afternoon. Morning went ok. Exercised and cooked egg, tomato, ham pancake for mum and I.

Enjoyed the taste, although presentation lacking, didn’t look good. Feel better looking at good morning posts and everyone writings.

Inspired to go out for a walk.
