not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

@BlueBay @Shaz51 @eudemonism @Zoe7 @Owlunar @MDT good morning every one. Glad things better. Not easy morning. Doing some deep breathing and pause, hoping to feel and think clearer. Hard to feel confident for the day. Hope to hear from every one. Wish you all a good day.

@eudemonism @I also find life generally a struggle. I don’t even clearly know the reasons. Been trying hard to recover. Does seems better last month or so. Don’t feel much confidence in myself. I do have the bare basics. Mental illness and medication side effects seem to be ok for the past month or so. Reality is harsh. There is no magic. I mostly even find it hard just to get by. A lot of Suicide struggles. I don’t even know why. But seems better since the psychologist.

Hey @Meowmy Sounds like you have had a rough start to the morning - hope it improves for you throughout the day. Just had breakfast and chilling on the couch for a while before I do a little more housework.

Re: not feeling good

@Owlunar @I got by blaming my father now. I need to make life work for me. Not easy. Reality is harsh. I did complete Uni and working part time. That’s some thing my father left me. Hope to work out something with my brother when mum passes to have some where to live. My relationship with my brother had been difficult.

Re: not feeling good

@Zoe7 @One of my problems is that being so intruded by my father that I am so much in my head. It’s hard for me to do practical things. I am passed blaming him. He did leave me to finish Uni. Thanks for care and support. So important.

Re: not feeling good

@Meowmy yea the struggle ~ i don't think it ever gets easier... more of just an acceptance and learning of what needs to be done to get through...

Re: not feeling good

Finishing uni is a big thing @Meowmy and you should be very proud of that. What degree did you do?

Hey everyone @Zoe7 @Shaz51 @Owlunar @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @Razzle

snd others reading this.

I’m feeling really deflated and sad.

I caught up with 3 friends that I used to work with. We catch up once every 6 weeks. It was nice. But listening to one of the ladies saying how lively her and her husband are niw eith no kids at home. And another friend was saying how her hubby is getting more and more grumpy. I thought gee sounds like my hubby.

But I was thinking later how lucky this other friend is who has a living marriage a fantastic husband who is very financial and thought gosh some people are lucky. Some people struggle all their life with stress trauma mentsl health or physical health as well. And there are some who cruise through life eith no issues.

I guess I’m thinking of myself and my life snd it sucks. I am feeling like I’ve been doomed with a shit life.

Im sorry it’s a negative post but it’s how I feel at the moment.

Oh im down. I feel that whatever I do I sm never happy. There seems to be no happiness in my life except when I’m with A.

Just hearing how others are so in love snd happy snd financially fantastic makes me feel so horrible.

Sometimes life just sucks.

Will I ever truly be happy snd financially good - I don’t know. I hope so one day but st the moment I don’t see anything positive.
