not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

If you continue to compare yourself against others then you will not be able to find the positives you do have in your own life @BlueBay You can only do what you can do but strive for more - that has to come from within you though - no-one else can change the way you feel or think about things - that has to be down to you. If you keep wanting what others have then you will not find the wonderful things that you already do have. Sure there are some obstacles in your way but finding the way around them can only come from you also. If we look deep insode our own lives and are grateful for the little things then our lives become much richer. You have a healthy family, a grandaughter you love, a roof over your head, a garden you are working on and friends you can actually share these times with - those are all positives and things to be grateful for.

We're sorry to hear that you are feeling deflated and sad @BlueBay. Just remember people will only give you the highlights (or the Instagram reel) to let you perceive them in a certain light, rather than talk about the day-to-day. What's one thing that you think is a highlight for you today?

@eudemonism @BlueBay @Ali11 @Zoe7 @MDT @Former-Member @Owlunar it is not easy. Not easy to find helpful solutions to get through either. Forum is great help. Got through the morning and cooked lunch for Mum. Hard these days Mum only repeat and repeat everything.

Try to be in prayers after lunch. Sometimes it is comforting to me. Wish you all a good afternoon. Keep me informed happenings.

Re: not feeling good

Yeah I do have those things you mention @Zoe7 and I’m grateful.

I should stop whinging and complaining.

need to stop writing stuff on here as it’s akways negative and you’re prob sick of reading my posts.

I was just saying how I see things at the moment. Yes I have hurdles to get through, I have my own mental health to work through as well as other stuff.

Everyone is different and have different thoughts on life and what they want.

Im living my life the best I can at the moment because I can’t do any better. I am who I am. I can’t be like others. I only have what’s given to me right this minute.

i cant reach what others have because financially we’re in a completely different place.

I’m really just plodding along day by day the best I can. That’s all I can do.

But some days are tougher because of finances. We have zero in our account and living on our credit card until next Wednesday when we get paid.

I think this is the biggest hurdle and I get so worked up angry and hopeless and emotional.

Guess will have to sell and move somewhere I don’t know.

Tbe unknown is very scary.

Im sorry for niw ranting. I should just go.

Re: not feeling good

So much of what you just wrote is positive @BlueBay You are being who you are and that is all you can be - just as you have said. We can only each take each day as it comes.

Yes your financial issues are foremost in your mind at present - many of us have had to live pay to pay or off our credit card until we get paid. It is not a good situation to be in but it is manageable. As hard as it is you have to forego some of those things you see as important to your everyday but are infact luxuries - the coffee you buy out, the extra plants you get, and as hard as it is the ice-cream for A - all those things add up - and whilst you are in such a difficult financial position those things need to go then when you begin to get on top of it all again - and that will happen - then you can add those things back in. It doesn't make for an 'exciting' life but it does help with one of the things that you are seriously struggling with right now.

We're glad to hear that you got through the morning @Meowmy, the situation with your mum does sound very confronting, but it's great that you are there for her. What are your plans for this afternoon?

Re: not feeling good

I hope your afternoon prayers help @Meowmy Whatever gets you to a feeling of peace - however long it lasts - is a good idea. It is hard with your mum but you there for her and that is so important to you both.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay Have you ever thought about doing onlne surveys - you can earn money by doing them. I used to do them when I had more time and that little bit each month really helped. You can often cash in your money earnt for Coles or Woolworths vouchers - that little extra would certainly help and would also fill in some of the time you are not working.

Re: not feeling good

Today’s highlight was taking my bsby grand daughter to the park @Ali11

so I guess you’re saying @Zoe7 that I should to stop having a coffee once a week with hubby stop all the things I buy eg plsnt for garden as they are luxuries.

Then what’s the point in living if I can’t enjoy one coffee a weekend with hibby. I know it all adds up.

It’s so hard when friends ask you out and I can’t affird it. I’ll have to say no from now on. And then there’s no social outlet.

We don’t go out fir dinner or drink or smoke. We don’t go to the movies. All we do is have a coffee on the weekends go fir a drive and sometimes have lunch out. Haven’t bought any clothes fir myself fir a long time.

I need to look at everything and stop what we can.

Maybe I could have friends over my house instead of going to a cafe.
