not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

@Owlunar @BlueBay @Former-Member @Shaz51 @CheerBear @outlander @MDT thanks for post. I had a busy morning at work. By mid morning, I felt down and sad, hard to move well. But I remember this will pass quicker now than before. It ended well. I finished my shift ok.

I come to accept my singleness and not bothered by it. Having a MI , having to deal with hour to hour, minute to minute mood ups and downs is not easy. Acceptance is important. It came after a long struggle and lots of work. Going forward life won’t be easy. But at least severe anxiety is a lot better.

One step at a time. @Meowmy
Always remember this every single time you face a bit of strife. One day it will sink in and you'll realise how far you've made it

Re: not feeling good

Having a lot of trouble coping each day now, my youngest son has no clothes that fit him, I never have enough money to buy food for all of us and am behind in all my bills and if I don't pay the water bill im being taken to SATAC to be evicted all this cause of my oldest son with Autism taking my money and using my aftepay accounts. He promised to pay it back but hasn't. So every day I don't want to get out of bed, I was always good with my finances but I don't get enough to make any of it up there's nothing I can do and since NDIS said they can't find my paperwork that was sent in August for my review I have to re-apply all over again.

I haven't been posting much cause of whats going on but have been reading posts.

hi @Former-Member @BlueBay @MDT @Owlunar @Meowmy and all

Oh I’m so sorry you’re struggling so much financially @saturnzoon

it’s tough. Here for you if you need to chat.

Is it possible for you to go to a community centre and ask for some food vouchers. Or they may even give you some food.

Tske care xx

Re: not feeling good

Just came home from getting my blood pressure checked at a local chemist. It’s low - 96/88. No wonder I’m feeling tired and lightheaded. I called my dictir and left message. Not sure what he’ll do.

Re: not feeling good

@MDT @BlueBay @saturnzoon @Owlunar @Former-Member @outlander @Bunniekins Thanks so much for advise, care and support. It’s so helpful, heart warming, spirit lifting. This afternoon, felt some negative emotions, I practiced pause, sat with them a bit, then went swimming. I was probably a bit quick at swim. After dinner, for no reason at all, felt down to lowest mood, about to crash mentally. I practiced coping box, rested for forty minutes and came good. The childhood trauma now completely gone, gone too is the imaginations and dreams covering those. So the big cloud confusion is gone, left behind now, the reality without dreams or imaginations. Living MI for life is the reality.

We need to support each other to get through.

@saturnzoon @BlueBay @MDT @Owlunar Very hard to be without enough money. You are doing well being sensible and handling the finances item by item. One step at a time, bit by bit, we will get there.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay @saturnzoon @MDT @Owlunar @Former-Member @outlander very hard to cope with physical, emotional and mental issues all at once. They are all inter related. I find the emotions most powerful , mental thinking most painful, physical symptoms most frightening. I hope to slowly learn to use coping box. Hope it will work for you too.xxxx

Re: not feeling good

@Meowmy It seems like you have done a wonderful job in getting through today. Some days that is all we can do but you have used some strategies that work for you and that is all you can ask of yourself.

@saturnzoon It is really tough when you don't have enouogh to cover whatnyou need to pay and having your son not paying you back for what he took makes it so much harder for you. Do you have a payment plan organised to pay the water bill?
