not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Hey @Shaz51 I’m not bad. Checked my bp this mirning - it was good.

Went to see MIL this morning she is not good. She had no idea we were there. She was mumbling to herself and hubby was getting upset. I started to cry and hubby said let’s go. She doesn’t know we’re here so she won’t know we’re gone.

We then went to my parents and had a quick bite for lunch. My older son called in aw he hadn’t seen his grandparents since Christmas.

Came home and younger son decided for us all including my d and A to go fir afternoon ciffee snd cake at a beautiful cafe among the rolling hills and bay view.

Was so beautiful they even had toys for little kids to play. So nice and beautiful.

Home now and resting.

Hows your foot @Shaz51 anx how is mr Shaz and your mum?

Hi @BlueBay

Sorry I havent been around over the past week. I've had a bit of a break from the forums while going through a rough patch myself. I see you too have been through 'the wars', I followed your posts but just didnt log on to respond.

Sounds as though your perseverense has paid off with a beautiful day today. Coffee and cake with the family amongst the rolling hills and bay view sounds delightful. You certainly deserve a bit of a break and something lovely in your day ... well done, and good luck to you. Fantastic to hear that your BP has also settled. Lets hope that continues.

Not so good with your MIL. Its so hard to see loved ones mental (and physical) deterioration as they get older. Or any time for that matter. Sounds as though your own parents are in good health however.

Hello to those other regulars here on this thread, I've missed all you guys over the past week. @Shaz51 @Owlunar @CheerBear

Wishing you the best.

Sherry 😊🌸

Re: not feeling good

Thanks for your understanding @BlueBay

Today has been .... I think you could say 'difficult'. My husband is not at all well. I will update my Carers thread later. I dont think I usually tag you there, but I can if you'd like. Saves me updating everyone separately.

Sherry 💕

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay @Owlunar @Shaz51 @CheerBear sorry to hear you are having a hard time. I had many many of those. Then just catch onto anything with all my might to get slightest hope.

That went on for years. It was a lonely dark fight ,long and endless. But somehow it turned out ok. I am feeling better now. Embrace your pain with loving kindness, know you are worthy, the inner light peaceful and radiant within you shine on, even though we have darkest hours, days, months, years.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

Saturday sounds like a bad day - why hang about when everyone is shitty? - you have a car and you are not far from the back beach - you can go there for half an hour and maybe when you get back everyone will have settled down

And yes - it is the pits that your daughter doesn't appreciate what you do for her - time for you to stop being so kind and loving - she can surely clean the high-chair with whatever she uses - and if you have cleaned it - it's clean - what fun to come back hours after a meal and put the baby into a chair that hasn't been cleaned and everything is dried on and hard to shift - I hear you - you don't have to say a word.

I wish it was that easy - but it's not but for your blood pressure it's important - btw - my BP did that when I was on a different medication for it - not good at all - and there are lots of different things you can take for it - let your doctor know this one isn't working well

It sounds as if yesterday was better - going out for your son to that lovely cafe - a child friendly place - but what a pity about your MIL - I'm glad you and your husband left - she doesn't know you are there - that's true - and forgets anything and everything - it's really sad -

Last week was the pits - this week has to be better - I hope today works out for you - sending my best thoughts again

Hi @Meowmy

Welcome to the forum family - you seem to be fitting in really well - I hope you continue to contribute - it's really good to meet you

Through the darkest times in my life I felt a strong light within myself that kept me going - those years have passed now and although life isn't always easy I feel that the worst is behind me

I found forgiving the people who had hurt me worked really well - I forgave them for my own sake - not for theirs - people have asked me how I forgave them - I think I really thought hard about their situation - I was tired of carrying their stuff around but as well as forgiving and understanding I don't let those people have the chance to repeat their behaviour - we do need to care for ourselves as well

But what you say is really wonderful

All the best Meowmy - and glad you have found us

Hi @Former-Member

I read that your husband isn't well - I haven't been into the Carers Forum as yet but I do wish you the best possible - it is hard when people are struggling and yes - during such times I take time out as well - I really feel I can't say anything useful at such times

I hope things improve and thanks for checking in and letting us know
