not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi @Shaz51

I like the name Ayla - do you know where the name comes from. I think I know what your daughter has been reading

I am hurting so much at the moment, the pain of everything has come up to surface and tear me down.

I am so sorry to everyone that gave me so mjuch support, love and care this week. Sometimes i think i don't deserve it because thre are others on here that need more help than me.

I understand what you are saying Bay - about everything coming to the top - I am having some of that myself atm - though not to the same degree as you are -

But you are no less deserving than anyone else to have the help and support - I know also that there is far more going on in someone's life than we are actually told - or it gets past us.

And the harder someone is hurting the more they need the love and support - there are enough people around so that there are people who are up and being supporting those battling more

It truly amazes me how much people care here - and how well we communciate - we seem to "get" each other and this is a truly good thing -

You know to expect that your moods can fluctuate sharply - you will be just fine then really down - and then back up again and we know this about you - and others -

Lots of hugs and caring - you may not be able to love yourself at this point - but when a person feels like that the more they need love - and here love is handed out by the armful - I have seen it, I have given it and I have received it - a very good system

Dec - yes the one and only

Hi @BlueBay and @utopia and @Zoe7

I remember when my kids were little and both in nappies and my son was a bed-wetter - oh the fun of it all

My daughter was premmie and failing to thrive and we all know my son was into everything - even self-destructive very early

I would have a load in the washing maching, a cake in the oven, I would be sterilzing bottles and making formula and holding the baby in one arm feeding her with the bottle and pulling down the pants of the big one with the other hand - and if necessary I could strike a match with my left hand. One day I found I had left a load in the washing machine - fully washed etc - and such was my mood I was not inclined to wash it again

How people managed with larger family - I do not know - if fact I do not know how others cope -

So yes - after living like that when the kids were young - I often wonder that I can't know but still have clean habits - and push myself - our health measures what we can do and age also - and menopause - so we need not give ourselves a hard time that we can not longer multi-task - though I am writing and watching a movie at the same time right now

I took the rubbish out a short while ago - it's a warm night and I walked through a spider web and got it all over me - and I wonder when the spider is - I got inside and pulled my nightie off and shook it out - I couldn't find the spider

We all need to take it easy and lower the bar on how much we can do at the stage of our lives

And was it Bay who had a boss with the shivers and wanted the A/C and the doors closed - not reasonable - is she menopausal? Ah - I know you had a horrible day - I need not give your boss any excuses

Re: not feeling good

@Owlunar. Very true. We have all done the family /kids jjuggling act. But why bother now. It just causes me stress. And I still forget the washing in the machine. Once I had to wash the same load 3 times. Lol

Hi @BlueBay. Hope work was busy today. Now time to relax at home.
Wondering if you cranked up the air con at work today. Lol.
I love the name your daughter has picked. Where does the name come from - @Owlunar - you seem to know.
Sounds like it could be an Indian name - or even Irish. A beautiful name for a girl.

Hi @Zoe7@utopia@Owlunar @Shaz51 @Faith-and-Hope

I remember those days of nappies, buckets, napisan!!!! I had two of them at one stage as my first two are only 14 months apart!!!

Still they were the good days, I loved being a mum so much. That was my dream from when i was about 12 yrs old. And I achieved that dream three times.

Yes @Owlunar that stupid boss of mine telling us to turn the air con off!!! What the!!!

I had to work 3 hours today and yes we had the air con on as it was a different pharmacist. Actually the terrible one is on leave now for 3 weeks!!! YES (oh that's so naughty of me!!!)

I got home from work yesterday and felt like i was hit by a bus. Achy all over, not sure if its the infection i had last week or what is going on. my fingers hurt, my back, ankles, wrists. I have an appt on tuesday with my GP so i will let him know.

Have just finished cleaning the house, mopped the floors and just waiting for another load of washing to be finished so I can hang out. It is so warm that the clothes are drying very quick.

But it's humid as well. actually lkast night i struggled with my breathing again and coughing. another thing to tell my GP.

hope you are all enjoying your saturday afternoon. xxoo

Re: not feeling good

Yes @utopia and @BlueBay

Those multitasking days when we had so much to do and so much was expected of us are over - we proved ourselves back then - and so glad it's over

And the name Ayla is the name of the female hero in a set of 6 books by Jean M Auel - being with The Clan of the Cave Bear - I have read those books over and over and love the name

The washing does dry quicky in this weather - but the heat - the heat

I am so glad you are happy that your wonky A/C person is off for three weeks - wtg telling us your thought - wow - I would be glad too

It was cool and cloudy here this morning but seems to be warming up this afternoon

Re: not feeling good

Lol @BlueBay. When your body is aching - please don't mop the floors and do the washing. It's your body's way of saying - I need you to slow down. Hubby or the kids can do that.
If you need to keep busy - do some coloring or knitting or pretend on line shopping or pretend name choosing.
You my dear friend - need to learn to relax. I widh I was at your house now. I'd make you sit down. Lol

Re: not feeling good

Hey @utopia@Owlunar

It was very cloudy here this morning too and I thought it was going to rain - but oh no the sun is out now and is warming up.

OK, the last of the washing is almost done. I will put it out and that's it. i am going to lay down for a little while.

I know you're right @utopia I don't know how to relax, i always feel guilty when things aren't done around the house. You know it's so nice that the boys haven't been home (although i do miss them) because their rooms are so nice and clean and have stayed that way for 10 days. Even the kitchen has been tidy.

But they come back this Monday which is good. Then it starts with youngest going to Uni for last year and other son going into police acedemy. Then it's just daughter and OMG bubba. I have been making her laugh and calling her 'mumma bear'.

Going with her to the doctors on monday for check up. i know she wants me their all the time.

You know I remember quite a few times when I asked my mum to come with me to appts and she would always find a stupid excuse and not come. It made me really sad. So i am not going to do that to my daughter because i know how it hurts.

My mum is a real bitch!!! Let's not go there.

OK, off i go to hang sheets out and then i will be off here for a little while. Back later my dear friends xxoo
