not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

sorry if my posts don't make sense - i am talking to my son in Bali through messenger and typing to him; while i am replying to posts on here. Now I know why I can't do two things at once. OMG i am getting confused with what i am saying to who. LOL back in a sec have to reply to him 🙂

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay - one thing at a time. Lol. I used to be able to juggle doing multiple thi things at once. Not any more. And I don't think it has to do with MI. I think I'm getting older - & I just don't see the point in overstretching myself doing too many things. Too stressful.
Hope your son is having a great time.
I understand you are struggling at the moment. I was hoping that by talking or focusing on your dtr and her bub - that it might distract you from the negative thoughts. But I get that it doesn't always work that way.
What can you do tonight that is calming?
Hopefully @Zoe7 will start painting next week - when she's up to it. You are also the arty / creative type - with your Mandelas and knitting. Both of ehich I'm no good at.
Do you think you may sleep better tonight - after working today? And I don't like your pharmacist. Everyone else can get sick from the heat - so long as she is comfortable. Sounds like she thinks she is more important than she really is. Lol. That's my catty personality talking.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay It's really hard to keepup with everyone's posts - especially if you are struggling. I try to catch up on some posts myself but whenit is too hard I just stick to a couple of threads. I get that crashing feeling! One minute you seem to be coping ok the you've hit the floor and you don't know which way is up or if you even care. There certainly isn't any grey - mostly it's just black!!!

It is really hard - I so get that. I hate this feeling too - and the worry all the time of when it is going to happen again and will I be able to get through it. The more I worry the quicker it hits!

My GP appointment was good today. If you get a chance and have the energy I posted about it in Am Not Coping. I don't have any plans for the weekend as I'm not sure how the new meds are going to affect me. The last few changes we have made have had side effects that haven't been very good.

The most important thing for you is to look after yourself and don't worry about keeping up with anyone else. Just know that if I can help - I am here. I do understand some of what you are dealing with and will support you in any way I can.

Hugs

Zoe

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

Just do a "Hi Everybody" for now, and catch up individually with posts when you are feeling much better than you are at the moment. Everybody understands, and you will help others to do that too.

I'm sure it can be a bit overwhelming when you are receiving a lot of support emails within a short time, but the "Hi Everybody" is one answer for all of us .... instead of lots of different replies ....

Its okay .... we're all listening to the "Hi Everyone" as if it were just us.
