not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

@Razzle Sounds just like me at the moment. Whst you wrote I coukd hsve written.

@Former-Member I just rang my doctor and he’ll see me in 1/2 hour. He knows I’m struggling.

@Former-Member Thsnkyou fir your support. I just wish I could have a break. Somewhere nice and quiet.

@Owlunar You’re right I’m due to go back in hospital. But I csnt afford it at the moment.

It just feels thst everything in my life is going wrong.

@Zoe7 just read your post about the new school position. I’m really happy for you. It’s so good thst it’s not far from home. Easing into it a good thing. And sounds like sll the staff are very friendly. All positive. You sound really happy.

@Shaz51 Hope you’re ok with the floods.

Re: not feeling good

My d snd hubby and boys are going to collect all Ayla’s stuff and d stuff.

I have no idea where all this stuff is going to go.

You should see my house - it’s like a bomb has gone through it. I can’t keep I clean. It’s so messy. I know my d needs our support. I just feel so overwhelmed and consumed by this stressful time. It’s really affecting me. I didn’t think it would but it is.

Re: not feeling good

This is a very difficult situation for everyone @BlueBay but you will all make it work for your D and Ayla. It must be so hard for her to be going through all this and as her mother you are feeling all of that pain too. You need also to find time for yourself though - maybe take a walk along the beach after work or sitting in the garden with a cup of tea.

Re: not feeling good

Yes you’re right @Zoe7 I do feel her pain anger and frustration she is going through. I feel for her and little Ayla.

@Razzle @Former-Member @Owlunar @Shaz51

@Faith-and-Hope

Hubby son snd dsughter just got home with all D stuff.

Im getting really sngry with everyone.

Making too much noise. Ayla is asleep. There is so much anger. D is shitty no room for her stuff. Hubby cracking it with everyone.

And me - all I want to do is SCREAM.

And tell them all to SHUT UP.

Re: not feeling good

Time to make a cup of tea, go outside and have some alone time - let them sort out the noise with you not in the house @BlueBay If they wake Ayla then that is your daughter's issue to deal with - you need a few minutes to yourself.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

What a mess - this is a problem but not hard to work out for the short term - but maybe someone has already thought of it by now

Put some of D's stuff into storage - she does at least need some space for herself - and more privacy than sleeping in a room where everyone can look it - maybe some kind of curtain or temporary wall can be put up

And there needs to be quiet in the house when Ayla is asleep - true - she would get used to the noise after a while but let it be gradual - the guys particularly need to be told to tone it down

It is rough - I hear you - I can tell you I would be ready to scream with all that noise too - I used to yell a lot in my earlier years - better than hitting anything but loud - I guess I had to yell to be heard of similar chaos

Eventually it will settle down or someone will move out - you never know - it might be you - but I think not but it will work out in the long run

Thinking of you

Re: not feeling good

Thankyou @Owlunar

I’m in the bathroom where it’s quiet!!

Maybe I should hide in here all day.

We have put most of the big stuff in our garage for storage.

We put a tall boy in our walk in robe. It’s got all of Ayla’s clothes. We’ve hung Ayla’s other clothes in my sons wardrobe. My d clothes are hung up in my wardrobe.

D is getting rid of baby stuff - bassinette, bath lits if clothes. We found a place that takes all this snd hands out to the needy. Can you believe the drop off point fir our area is 6 houses down from us!!! How convenient.

They’re going bsvk this arvo to collect rest of stuff. Not much more now

I know everything will settle down snd wr had to go through this hard bit.

But it’s so bloody difficult.

I better go. Taking Ayla for a walk. My d is doing a makeup job this mirning. Which is good.

I’ll chst later. Take care. Hope you’re ok.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Owlunar @Zoe7 @Razzle @Former-Member @Shaz51 @Faith-and-Hope

im sitting here with Ayla watching wiggles. Hubby and d went to get rest if bsby stuff. It’s qyiet at the moment which is nice. Older son home getting ready to go to his mates wedding.

He and his mate went to look at an apartment to rent. It’s a nice apartment 10 mins away from the beach and close to train station. It’s about 40 mins away from home. But for him to work it’s 20 mins. His mate and him are very close. Friends since primary school.

So things may change very quickly here at home.

It’s getting warm here today. Tomorrow is hotter.

Re: not feeling good

That sounds like it could be a good move for everyone @BlueBay Your D could have a room of her own and have Ayla in with her - then your room is freed up and you can spend a little time on your own again when needed.
