not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

I JUST WANT TO SCREAM!!!!!

This is what’s happening at the moment -

1. ayla in bed crying with a runny nose snd cant sleep crying every few minutes

2. D and I watching tv show in kitchen area

3. one son next door in study with loud music

4. other son and hubby in front lounge room watching another tv show

there is TOO MUCH going on

5. D getting angry because older son wants to put on wiggles to calm Ayla down who is screaming also because of her teething

sorry for my rant

I just want to hide away fir a while

I’ve had another horrible nightmare. I’m so emotional snd not dealing with it too well.

I saw my doctor this morning snd broke down sgsin. I told him about huff n puff hubby.

I let out all my emotions. I got to wirk a teary mess.

Tomorrow I start ACT therapy in the city. It’s an organisation specifically for BPD. It’s one hour one on one with a psychologist. Hope it goes well.

I’m tired back pain agsin. I went to my Chiro today snd cried because of the pain. He couldn’t treat me because my bback is inflamed. Bback to see him on Thursday.

We are very careful of my D ex. She is going to collect all her things this week. Hubby is taking rest of week off to help her.

Hope everyone is doing ok. ❤️❤️❤️

Re: not feeling good

That sounds chaotic @BlueBay

And not good for a baby used to a quiet environment - but one thing about most babies is that they get used to what's going on around them

Perhaps some house rules about noise for the sake of the baby though - the loud music is not good - I guess that son is blocking out some of the noise by making his own noise -

And you thought empty-nesting would be hard - you know about the greener grass on the other side of the hill - not to sound flip but it does sound absolutely poisonous at your place with everyone home - actually I couldn't think in such circumstances

Maybe it's time for a family conference when everyone is quiet - it looks as if D and Ayla will be with your for the duration and the way her ex is - yes - you all do need to be careful so it's vital that home is a place comfortable for everyone

It's tough for you though - I hope the ACT class works for you -

All the best today - January is nearly over and everyone can get on with their lives - and teething - it can make a happy, sweet baby a crying, red-faced mess for a few days - let's hope you have some soothing mouth syrup handy

I hope today is better

Re: not feeling good

Thanks @Owlunar for your reply. I’m sorry fir my post the other day saying I was leaving.

Poor Ayla is so snotty. I had my session today. It was ok but triggering where I cried and couldn’t look at the psychologist face. I was ok after a few minutes.

I’m seeing him sgsin next wed.

Ive got a headache. My d ex text her to say he wanted to see Ayla. My d said not tidsy as she is not too well. He then rings her snd pleads for her to go bsvk. He says his dad was telling him that she can get half of his wage. My d said I don’t want your money for me I need it for Ayla.

I better go Ayla is crying and d still in phone. I’ll come back later. Sorry @Owlunar

I just can’t keep up. I don’t know aanymore about anything. I’m so confused.

My d spoke to her ex and now she thinks she might give him a chance to prove himself. But she is staying here still.

I think she’s now confused. I told her she should go snd speak to a psychologist to see if they can hrlp her.

I don’t know.

Then I just had hubby ring from the supermarket asking ehst dessert we all want. When I told him anything he cracks it dnd says I’m nit going shopping anymore because I don’t know what you all want. I said just whatever we don’t care.

He just can’t decide for himself and always rings me.

Im just as bad. I know I seek acceptance or reassurance but for a bloody ice cream or cake or dessert - I’m sure he can decide for himself.

Ive been really bad today. Very short and snappy eith everyone.

I need time out. Now. Anywhere. Just a bit of time.

Better go snd cook dinner. My d is bathing Ayla and then she’s off to bed. I hope she sleeps tonight.

My d is confused. I’ve tslked to her and suggested she see a psychologist. I emailed my own psych who is hsppy to see her.

I still feel she is better on her own but I can’t tell her that.

Re: not feeling good

I still feel she is better on her own -- I agree @BlueBay my sister

your D is confused my darling , she is thinking of Ayla too

yes your D needs to talk about the pros and the cons , does she really in her heart that he can change -- I don`t think he can

In response to: Re: not feeling good

Re: not feeling good

She has to come to that decision by herself @BlueBay but seeing your psychologist would be good for her to work out what she wants.

Re: not feeling good

Yes @BlueBay, your D would understandably be feeling confused. Good idea to get your D to talk things through with a psych. It will help her to make an informed and sensible decision for herself.

This must all be so difficult for you, and the rest of your family. You're doing unbelievably well to cope as well as you have been.

Hi @Former-Member@Zoe7@Shaz51

I’m not saying to my d any of my fears but I’ve tokd her that st the end of the day it’s her decision. Will support her either way.

@Former-Member I’m struggling inside. There is so many different emotions at the moment. I have to be strong for everyone but with all the stress I think I’m getting physically unwell - headaches back snd neck pain snd high blood pressure.

I need to find a balance. Somehow.

@Former-Member How are you now?

@Shaz51 Hope mr Shaz gets well soon

Re: not feeling good

Thats all you can do @BlueBay. You are doing the right thing for your D. Emotional upheaval can very easily lead to physical repercussions. I agree, you badly need to find a balance. I hope your medical team can help you achieve that.

You asked how I am. Not good. I went through all that this morning, for no result. I need to do it all again in 2 weeks. Not coping well with any of it.
