not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay. I understand your frustration, and I really hope 2019 is a far better year for yourself.

Your appointment with CASA is this month if I remember ? I hope this brings you some relief and comfort and is a step forward for you. If you’re ok with sharing I will be interested to hear how it goes for you.

My relaxing holiday has turned into a bit of a saga. The cast came off, the break has healed but I have had a lot of swelling and some pain - today after an ultrasound I found out that I have a blood clot in my calf, so now I’m on a 6 month DVT therapy. I’m looking very glamorous in my compression stocking - NOT 😏😏

Take care, hope you have been feeling better today ❤️❤️

Re: not feeling good

Oh @Razzle that’s nit good about DVT. It must be a pain wearing the compression stockings but worth it. It will definitely help. I feel for you ❤️

Do you know I’ve had a mental blank about appt with CASA?? I know I have an appt with a ost psychologist from the DBT place in the city. Four intense sessions once a week. Which reminds me I must call them to see when I go. The other appt I have in January two weeks time is free sessions with a psychologist through the public hospital. But I’m worried because I’m nit sure if I got that appt because of my health care card which now I don’t have. I don’t know if I should call them to find out or just go. What do you think?

i will definitely let you know how sessions go.

i cracked it last night. I was tired and it was 9.30 so u was about to head to bed when hubby says “go yiu want to go down the street for a drive I need fresh air”!!!! I said no I’m about to go to bed. He says “oh that’s right it’s 9.30 you better go to bed”. WTF!!!!

I said yo him “you need fresh air are you serious” I should have told him to just go out the back and breathe in some fresh air. Lol 😂

So he decides to go and my son decided to go with him.

I webt to bed and cried to sleep. Didn’t even hear them come bsvk.

What a stupid reason. He just doesn’t get it. He does nit understand mental illness.

Men I swear they come from another planet lol

@Owlunar My psych did suggest couple coynselling with a colleague of his. But the problem the cost was $110 per session. And then I thought I really need to sort myself out. I have said to my hubby that he should get coynselling when all my stuff came out. Where he works offer free counselling. Why wouldn’t you take it up? I know I would. But men being men think they don’t need counselling. Well mine anyway.

I’m nit saying he’s a bad person. He does help me around the house a lot.

Its just his emotional side and the most stupidest things he says he needs help with. And I’m nit trying to find an excuse but I think a lot of it comes from his parents who had no communication and didn’t really do much as a fsmily. And they were much older. Growing up he spent most of his time at his mates house having dinner. He also has no siblings which I believe makes a big difference. But still no excuse for the way he is now.

Hi @Razzle

I just went through my old emails and yes I do have an appt sometime in January for CASA. Snd the counsellor lives 10 mins away. Her you’ve got a good memory. I have so many different appts I forget. Thanks fir the reminder xx

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay I’m glad I reminded you. I know the CASA sessions are free, health care card or not. My marriage councillor refered me to CASA rather than seeing him only because it would

be free, but I was comfortable with him already so stayed with him.

Husbands can be real dicks sometimes. Mine has headed home for a few days to spray some paddocks. I used to hate when he did that, I used to miss him, now I’m just glad I get the whole bed to myself and can read in bed at night 😁

It sounds like you have lots of appointments coming up, I hope they go well for you. Take care ❤️❤️

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Former-Member@Zoe7 im feeling really lonely. But I want to be alone. If that makes sense. I have to shut my mouth because otherwise I will say something really bad to hubby.

I want to be left alone like I was in hospital last week.

Im really feeling very negative. I just can’t help it.

Re: not feeling good

It sounds like staying quiet is a good idea then @BlueBay.

Yes it does make sense that you want to be alone but still feeling lonely. Can you get an early night as I presume you are working tomorrow seeing as it is a Friday.
