not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay I’m hearing you, sometimes I wonder what the hell is going on in my husbands brain, he wouldn’t treat his friends badly but has no problem treating me that way.

And if something is especially upsetting me, he has no sympathy what so ever.

His sister had a milestone birthday yesterday, had a big party last night, and we weren’t invited or even told about it. We are on holiday but we’re not that far from home. Looked on fb this morning to see all the photos from the party. I said something to my husband about it and he just shrugged it off.

We are rarely invited to anything on his families side, always finding out after the fact. Whenever they want something done we’re always asked to help them out, which we do, Needless to say I’m feeling pretty hurt today.

Hopefully your hubby’s drive has cleared his head and he’s a bit

better now. Take care of yourself ❤️❤️

Re: not feeling good

That’s terrible @Razzle thst you weren’t invited to a special birthday if your sister in law.

It hurts especially when you see all the photos on fb. I’d be angry too.

Im feeling exhausted. Had a sleep while hubby went out. Slept for over an hour. About to have dinner but I’m exhausted. I’m glad I’m not going to work to

orrie. Think I still need to rest.

Hiw long are you awsy for?

Re: not feeling good

We head home on the 17th Jan @BlueBay. We always head off for 3 weeks over New Year. Not much happening on the farm at this time of year, unless harvest gets delayed, but harvest was all over a few weeks before Xmas this year.

We holiday with my family, we’re all in caravans, just kicking back and relaxing. This is the kind of holiday I like, living outside doing NOTHING for 3 weeks.

It really does upset me when my husbands family leave us out of things, they usually come up with a pretty shitty excuse why we never get an invite, they all full of shit. It’s been happening for about 20years. Apparently I put their nose out of joint when I went back to work when the kids were young. Not by choice mind you, we were in drought and we needed to pay bills so I got a job. My husbands sisters married farmers and have never worked and they think I make them look bad.

You’ve had a big last few days, I’m glad you only have a short working week, I hope you can get plenty of rest too ❤️❤️

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Razzle thst would be so nice to camp for three weeks and just do nothing. Love it. You feel so different when away.

To be honest I’ve stsrted getting little psin down my right arm. I haven’t told hubby yet cause he’ll just brush it off. I don’t want to cause a problem. If it gets worse during the night I’ll call an ambulance otherwise seeing my doctor at 8.30am tomorrow.

Omg I swear hubby should live in his own. Came home today to find kitchen bench rearranged. I didn’t like it so I wanted it back but he was insisting his way was better. I changed it. Now he is complaining that there’s papers on the bench and that he spent hours cleaning the kitchen. I’m so over his stupid crap process thst he does snd chsnfes things around s. I bet he would hate me changing the garage around.

I just want to go bsvk to hospital. It was so nice being in there. Peace and quiet.

Wish I could disappear.

Re: not feeling good

HI @BlueBay and @Razzle

Husbands can be sooooo annoying - I hear both of you - ever wonder why I am divorced? Yeah - right - I had one like it

Yet I think everyone imagined it was my fault that we broke up - well - yes - it was - I had enough and I am here on my own with no one arranging the kitchen but me and my ex's family are not my problem

Anyway - so disappointing for you Raz - having your family treat you that way - as I read through the thread I thought maybe your husband's sister was fed up with him too but aw - sheesh - 20 years of it all - that's enough - so you went to work - it was necessary - and they feel bad because you did - they would have felt bad if you hadn't - gotcha - can't win with them. Darn it

And BB - Huffnpuff doesn't think - where does he keep his brain - don't answer that -the part that might pick up the slack when you are ill doesn't work that well - it must be so darn annoying - to come home after 4 days in hospital to find the dog had been fed but what about the rest of the family? What about you? Wow - and yes - his barging out for a drive when you are strapped for cash just because he hadm't been out of the house all weekend is a poor excuse - are you not 5 minutes from the beach?

No wonder your BP goes through the roof - I hope you are feeling better today in spite of all of that - you need to rest after being in hospital and btw - whose kitchen is it anyway? Yeah - rearrange the garage and that woud cause an almighty storm

I get it - I hear you - I feel a bit angry for your sake - something like that happened to me when my kids were teens - I felt pretty irritated and ignored myself -

What can we do?

Sending hugs to both of you - I get the message

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay Your hubby sounds a lot like mine, only when my hubby “cleans”, all he actually does is pick up stuff and

puts it somewhere else, god forbid he actually pick up a spray bottle and cloth and use them. When he does all the cleaning, cooking and laundry he can have the house however he wants, but until that day when hell freezes over the place stays how I want it.

A couple of months ago he decided I was doing all the yard work wrong, now I won’t touch a thing out there. It’s a huge mess, but it’s his job now, maybe in future he’ll appreciate what I do. He gave me a whipper snipper for Xmas because I always had trouble starting the one we had - waste of a present now, I’ll never be using it.

Hope your appointment went well this morning and that your arm didn’t get any worse through the night. Enjoy your day off today and rest up too, it’s about time we start looking after ourselves and putting ourselves first for a change. ❤️❤️

Re: not feeling good

@Owlunar My hubby and his family

get on really well, I even get on with them well enough until some event comes along and we just get ignored again. His mother (and sisters) treated me like $hit for years, until their mother started needing extra care and because we live closer I’m the one who stepped up. They treat me better now - to my face, but still leave us out of everything.

Hubby sides with them most of the time, only found out through marriage councilling in the last 12 months that he was against me going back to work too, so you’re right, I can’t win either way.

I used to make a lot of decisions with my husband in mind, I don’t any more. He didn’t appreciate me when he had me 100%, and I don’t give a rats ar$e if he appreciates me now or not. We’re basically house mates now - hubby is putting in an effort now, but I kind of feel too little too late. He wants life back to normal, and I’m never going back to that.

@Razzle@Owlunar@Shaz51@Former-Member@outlander @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope

Not feeling good today. Feel lightheaded. Saw my doctor snd my BP was 165/97. Nit as bad as 200 but still high. He is not sure what is causing it to go so high snd he said of course I would be worried. He wants me to come in during week to get nurses to check my blood pressure.

Last night I had pain down my right arm. I told him and he said it is something but we’ll need to keep an eye on it. It could be nerve psin but he’s not sure.

I had a terrible nightmare that is still haunting me my nightmare was that sexually abused in a terrible way. It was disgusting frightening snd I can’t forget it. I want to close my eyes snd it go away but it’s nit.

I wish I could hurt them so much. It’s taken my life my everything away.

I want to sh to show everyone incl hubby hiw bad I am. He has no (swear word) idea. All he thinks of is how the kitchen should be clean and how the cups should be in order in the cupboard. There are so many more issues than a bloody cup in the wrong spot.

Im not having a good day. My D and Ayla are staying the night tonight. Her partner is going to a mates house. That’s another story. I worry so much fir her as he doesn’t do much as a family. It’s skways my D snd Ayla doing things. He suffers anxiety but still no reason to not spend time with his daughter. I worry so much.

I’m so hurt. I’m not doing well. You know while I was in hospital it gave me time out. Time to myself even though I wasn’t well. And to be honest it was nice.

Re: not feeling good

I understand about the hospital @BlueBay - it is nice to be fussed over and cared for my the nurses - I enjoyed that part when I was in hospital for my knee op last year even though I found it a nightmare getting to the toilet and had a lot of pain - just having these girls come in and being there and laughing at my terrible jokes was great

You are right - there are so many things - so many issues - that need to be dealt with that the order of cups in the kitchen - I am not sure how to have cups in the right order even for my own sake - just a puzzle that - why please anyone about that? - It's trivia - would it please him? Aw (swear word)

Yes - you must be concerned about your daughter - she is of a sensible age now and never mind that - she has a baby to think of and needs to work it out for herself - the important thing for you to do is to be there silently - listen to her and let her know whatever she chooses you will be okay about it and support her - it's hard to deal with that sort of thing - and I remember before Ayla started to come there were issues with her partner's anxiety issues and some family issues I seem to remember

You are a much better person than your mother and you have the chance now to prove it - just accepting what your daughter does and letting her know is the way to go - you may worry - you may not like it - but it's up to her and such a loving thing to support her and Ayla by being there

Not a good way to start a new year - I get that - but it can only get better

It's time to self-nuture
