not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

You are sounding more positive even though you are feeling so dizzy and you have been crying - having your blood pressure go through the roof and then having different medication for it - and strong pain killers - yes - this would be unsettling and of course you will cry - the whole thing has been scary and maybe this explains the chest pains you have been having

It seems they are really taking good care of you there and you have been very honest with the staff - and you are seeing your own psyche today - so great to hear that

If you can have another day there then take it - let yourself recover - I am sure one reason all of this has come to a head is having your Mum and Dad on Christmas Day - you were so tense and stressed over that - I understand - I was always stressed when I saw my mother - never knowing how a visit will turn out would make it tough on your mind, body, heart and soul and I get it -

Take it easy and lap up all the attendion - you deserve this kind of break - I have been wondering for a long time - sure you needed this kind of intervention and having someone really look into things

Another meltdown with the same male nurse. Omg I can’t believe where all these tears are coming from. He told me thst he has worked in mentsl health. Now I know why he is so understanding. Lots of negative talk. Self hate snd just tslking about my trauma.

I don’t want this life anymore. I told him I wanted to disappear. So much of my trauma has taken my life. I’m not good tonight. My headspace is very negative. Glad I’m in here.

Looks like more calming night meds tonight.

Hi @Razzle@Former-Member@outlander@Owlunar@Shaz51 @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope

well I’m home dnd it’s stsrted already. Hubby was home all day yesterday. Ok he cleaned the house but he didn’t do any grocery shopping. But he went to supermarket to buy dog food. It’s so annoying. He just doesn’t think. I asked him if he could go. And he says are we going. I said no I’m staying here. I just got out of hospital. So he’s ranting and raving about stuff in the fridge thst is off. Oh he gets me frustrated.

I just finished filling in feedback form gir the ward I was in. I wanted to make a special mention to the male nurse who was so caring to me during my melt down.

Snd I also write a letter of complaint to local public hospital about my treatment while there.

Looking forward to their replies.

My mum and sister didn’t end up coming whuch made me feel bad. But she rang me this mirning snd said they will come either this week or week after.

I’m laying on the couch just taking it easy. Don’t want to do too much tiday. Snd my boss has organised a replacement fir me tomorrow at wirk. So I don’t go bsvk until Wednesday dnd then have Thursday off. It will be a short week which is good.

Im worried thst my blood pressure may go up again just hope it doesn’t.

Re: not feeling good

Good on you @BlueBay for completing the hospital (both) surveys. Many people dont bother for some unknown reason. Try to stay calm, just accept that men are typically thoughtless creatures. They are not great on practicalities I've discovered. Probably because they've never needed to juggle two or three things at once, and thus never had to structure their day to fit everything in that needs doing. Women just know these things, second nature. Men dont.

Stay calm, try not to let things get to you. Dont want that BP skyrocketing again.

I’m so annoyed angry emotional and really angry. My blood is boiling and I’m going to ignore him.

My D and Ayla called in. Just because hubby was home all day yesterday he just cracked it snd as soon as my D left he says to me “I’m going to get petrol and go fir a drive I’ve been inside all weekend”. What wbout ne. I’ve been inside hospital gfor 4 days!!! It’s nit my fault he was inside all day yesterday

I swear he has no damn idea. So I’m going to sleep because I still don’t feel thst great and I’m exhausted. Guessing he is angry that I didn’t go eith him. But he should be more empathetic.

No wonder my blood pressure increases. Got another headache and I need yo sleep. But it doesn’t help when he does stupid things like this.
