not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi Bluebay,

I know those feelings can arise for you a bit. I'm sorry to hear this is happening today and I trust you know this can be a warning sign for you and that you'll reach out to your supports in your plan.

@BlueBay

I know you are aware that the mind likes to run the narrative about being 'crap and pathetic' where the heart of you knows the mind likes to negative story tell.

I am going to leave you now to go ahead and contact your supports in accordance with your plan as you know those warning signs around the narrative and thoughts.

Take care and work with your plan,

Ochre

Why can’t I do something right for a change. Everything I do in my life is wrong.

I so hopeless. Couldn’t get through sane helpline or lifeline.

Why am I like this?

Today I enquired whether I coukd still see the financial counsellor next week. I was told no because I don’t have a health care card anymore. It just sucks

so back to square one. Stress

Re: not feeling good

Oh don't blame yourself @BlueBay

What do you think you are doing that's so wrong? To me you are doing as much as you can to manage and doing really well with your house and your job and every day is such a battle for you -

I would give your credits for that

If you gave up the job would you feel any better being on disabililty? This is an honest question - if you were I think you would be entitled to a health card - I am not sure how they work and how you have come to lose yours

Losing your health card isn't your fault though - Centrelink has these rules that can brutally hard on people

But it's not your fault - it's not because you are doing anything wrong - please don't think that way

You're working as many hours as you can get - please take it easy on yourself

Hi @Owlunar

I hope you’re ok this afternoon. What time is your daughters operation.

If I was on disability pension I would love it. I could enjoy my days at home garden and eith little Ayla.

I could check it out on their website. But I’m guessing my doctor will want me to work to stay distracted.

And I don’t know if my psych would be happy either. But if it’s more money why wouldn’t I??

when I saw centrelink they told me thst I really shouldn’t have got one last year - it was their fault. I just can’t understand it.

But I blame myself because if I didn’t have a mental illness I could work more.

You’re right I’m working as much as I can.

Thinking of you ❤️
