not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi @BlueBay

One thing - you can complain - we can all complain - you have plenty to complain about and even if you just keep your thoughts to yourself you can still have them

Through my life I have written to politicans and the editors of news papers, I have taken myself out and demonstrated, I return unsatisfortory purchase and complain about unworthy services - I have been into politics and called the police about local chaos - I am probably a bloody nuisance at times but we all have the right to do these things and not settle for peace at any price -

It feels so good when something works - I found my voice - I wish I could tell you how to find yours

Having your MIL live with you for so long was not a good start to your married life and having her interference and guilt trips - ah yes - I do know and I do understand - my mother's mother lived with us until I was 21 and I get it - the tension in our home - and guilt trips - yes - I get it

How can you build your relationship with a third person there - I get it that families did that in the past but you are paying the price now and you are angry - of course you are - I would be -

So now your kids are grown and empty-nesting has started by your kids still need you and they will - they are just spreading their wings and you can't tell the future - I could have used my parents' help with my son but they pulled out of it all as so many people did - telling me I had to do something about it but not telling me what that something was - you are still needed -

I thought about it when I was doing my chores today - it's the pits when your job isn't satifactory - your health has been rotten and your efforts to find work fell apart earlier

I am wondering about things now - your MIL has dementia and doesn't know you - I wouldn't go to visit her - I told my mother I wouldn't put up with her mouth anymore and didn't go back for years - I know you go to support your husband but does he appreciate that? - or let you know? - cause he doesn't seem to support you

Your post makes such a lot of sense to me - over time it has been a slow-motion air-crash and now you feel like a victim - no wonder -

You both need help with this - and I know about your financial situation. There are organisations that provide counselling at cheaper rates - you know - I think I really get your side of it though I am sometimes battling to figure out a way for you - I can only suggest - but Huffnpuff seems withdrawn and it was like this with my ex-h - different situation - it was a sad marriage rather than a bad marriage - I couldn't tolerate it anymore but you seem more committed than me.

I get it- I so do - I started living a different life from my husband - I put up with it as long as I could - yes - I think he was despressed and grieving but he couldn't share it and I wonder if what you want it to live life on your terms without feeling so confused

I don't know about what you might want in life otherwise - cause you don't know - but life is one emotional day after another - I see that - I hear that -

It has taken me ages to write this - it might be a shambles of my ideas but I hear you - I really understand what you have written

Hi @Owlunar

went back to work today. I can’t say I loved being there but it was ok. Although I was feeling a bit yuk this mirning nit sure but I think I might have a kidney infection. I called my doctor but he hasn’t called back so I’m annoyed because I was hoping to hsve seen him tiday. I’ll just keep my fluids up.

I look back st my life snd it’s been hard st times. Hubby couldn’t work fir 5 years because of his arthritis. And we had a 4 yr old; a 3 yr old snd a newborn when MIL moved in with us. My FIL passed away 5 days begire I gave birth

I don’t kniw how I did it having her with us. I guess I just did. And time goes by so quickly thst before I knew it 20 years had gone by.

I never had a normal family life eith just our children. Anyway no point complaining now it’s done.

I’ve got an appt this week with a counsellor but am thinking now that they won’t see me because of no health care card anymore. And no more food vouchers either or any food help.

Yiu kniw it sucks so much eith centrelink. They make it really tough. The people that are desperate and need some assistance can’t get any help. But yet you see so many teenage girls eith one or two children living off the dole. I get really cross.

Hi @Former-Member@Shaz51@Zoe7@Razzle@Faith-and-Hope

hope you’re all having a nice day. Xxxxooo
