not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

I love the warmer weather too and can only imagine how frustrating it is to have the heavy plaster on your ankle @Razzle How much longer will you need it on for?

Re: not feeling good

@Zoe7 I have this plaster until Tuesday, then it comes off and I get a fibre glass one - or hopefully I get the option of a moon boot, that way I can get to my leg to scratch when it’s itchy and can take it off in the shower so won’t need a bag on my leg to shower in.

Re: not feeling good

It would be great if you had a moonboot instead of fibreglass @Razzle - would make it much more comfortable for you and easier to shower. I hope ,it goes your way on Tuesday

Re: not feeling good

That has to have been a tough moment @BlueBay - I will be interested to hear what the doctor has to say about that

Yesterday you just got out of hospital and a head spin would be scary - but while you were there you spent a lot of energy crying and alone and trying to work it out - lots on your plate and your financial situation stresses you a lot -

Yous husband has been to the bank about this and things could ease up on you for the time being - I know it's hard - ease your mind though - this house you had is your dream home and you have to pay for the roof over your head regardless - so one place to start looking to balance the idea is to look at rental accommodation and how expensive that is - a mortgage is the cheapest money you can borrow - so it's only a suggestion but try and hold onto your house - it is a big issue financially

Yes - it is hard - and stress gets to you - it actually gets to us all in different ways about different things so we know - we get it

Take is easy though - another hump is going back to work - perhaps you can pick up extra hours prior to Christmas -

All the best

Hi @Owlunar

I’m feeling nit bad. Although thinking about work tomorrow is making me feel yuk.

I’m trying to rest and relax. I’ve got no motivation

I know this weekend is tough for you. Thinking of you my friend xxoo

Re: not feeling good

I wish I was still away. Omg either my patience to things is not as it used to be or huff and puff hubby is getting worse.

You know been in hospital was good because I could be on my own whenever I wanted and needed to.

Dont have to listen to anyone. Don’t have to answer to anyone.

Now I feel Im back to square one.

I don’t know snymore

life is too difficult. Don’t think I’m cut out to keep fighting this life.

And another thing I don’t like my psych. I was thinking before thst he treats abd talks to me like a child. I feel like I’m always in trouble when he talks to me. He is very straight down the line type of psych eith no empathy at all. It’s his way or no way. I’m actually thinking when I look bsvk st my sessions eith him in hospital I was scared of him.

Sorry this is a rant post but this is how I feel atm. I’m down and sm starting to hibernate agsin at home.

I should be good better snd teady yo ho yo work tomorrow. But reality is I’m not happy.

Re: not feeling good

Yes @BlueBay - I am having a tough weekend - it will pass but I can't say I am enjoying myself - just getting by - playing a lot of Cookie Jam

One think about my life is that I can please myself when I get up, when I go to bed, if I wanna watch TV all day or read all day or whatever - I can - and I studied part-time through the last years of my marriage and worked as an accountant during the day and then tutored private students in the evening that whereas it helped me to find my standards it didn't help my marriage - and looking back - I am glad I did it this way

My ex and I were not on the same wave-length and it seems that you and Huff n Puff are not either - decisions decisions - tough stuff -

What is it about your job you don't like? - is it the work or the people or a combination? Do you like serving people in the pharmacy or does it drive you up the wall - it's important to like our work otherwise so much of our day is a total waste of time even if we are paid -

Anyway - that's one thing - I know you have really crappy days at work but about your psyche - there is no way I would let anyone treat me like a child - think about it - although you are emotional you still run your home and cook meals I would not dream of - cooking alone is a whole new exercise in imagination I am just catching up on now - as tough as it is you manage your house-hold finances and you go to work and you bought and sold a house - a couple of years back now - and you know enough to keep things at a distance with your mother - you have your kids and they seem wonderfully well managed - so you did a great job there and you have this wonderful little grand-daughter -

You are not a child - and just in case you missed that - you are not a child

So an adult wouldn't like that - I wouldn't - I might be wrong but it seems as if you feel he is patronizing you - I wonder if that's the case - I mean - I can't tell if he really is but the important thing is do you feel like that because it might be a good idea to ask

And you might feel he will be angry but that's okay - we all get angry - you do - I do - other people do - I have to write a letter to complain about something today - maybe tomorrow - aw - so what if he gets angry? Ask yourself if you would feel better

I'm ranting on my soap-box - sorry - but I hear you - I like to be in the position of liking to not have to answer to anyone too - I really and truly understand that

Still here BlueBay - I might be writing out of my own unhappy state today but I get it that it seems a bad day for you too

Re: not feeling good

I think when I see him sgsin in January I’ll mention it to him. But I will bring it up with my psychologist next week. She knows him. My psych is very experienced in medications but I feel he has no empathy. He always looks down on me when he says something.

I think @Owlunar I’m just tired of life. Trying to work out what I want in life. At my age of 53 I often wonder what the hell do I want and who am I??

I think we’ve spoken about this before but now the kids don’t need me it’s just the two of us. I don’t even know what I’m saying or if it makes sense.

I understand what you mean about the finances and our house. I would love to hang onto our home for smither year and then see what happens.

I agree with you I’ve done a bit with working, caring for MIL with Dementia and that still gets me sngry. Msybe that’s why I’m sngry - because the last 20 yrs of my 32 yrs of marriage we had her with us. I kniw I shouldn’t tslk bad about her because she was helpful but we did have our struggles. And I never had my own family as just us. It was always with her. Even taking the kids on an annual holiday she would make us feel guilty for not taking her. As if I was going to do thst. It was holiday my own children holiday not eith her as well.

Gee now I’m sounding like a real bi..h of a daughter in law.

I’m just tired and I guess a lot of people don’t understand what it’s like until they go through it themselves.

Reg work - I’m sngry because when they cut my hours in half. I was the only one. I do enjoy the customers most of them love to chst especially the elderly as the chemist May be the only ccommunication they have once a week.

I like the co-workers it’s just thst my job exists of serving dusting snd moving stock around. It’s not a particularly perfect job but then what is??

i don’t feel I can go back to admin snymire. It’s too stressful and I forget things very easily. I shouldn’t complain my wirk is only 10 mins down the road. So not much travelling.

I shouldn’t complain there are people with no jobs or a Home.
