ive just hsd a “funny turn”

we were st the nursery and while walking around I had a funny head spin weird feeling. I had to stop. I’m ok but it was weird.

I caught up with a few friends fir morning tea which was nice. But I ended up crying. One friend asked me how I was snd thsts sll I needed. I thought I would be ok after hospital stsy. Msybe not???

just remembered I’ve been getting a few weird head aches. But nit a typical headache.

You need to tell your GP about all this @BlueBay - it is really important that he knows.

@BlueBay Your funny turn needs to be checked, my mum gets them when she hasn’t eaten for a while, but she is diabetic so it happens when her blood sugar is low - but it isn’t exclusive to diabetes either.

Catching up with your friends would have been nice. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to be totally well, you’ve only just got home from hospital, you’re still adjusting and when it comes to MH there are no quick fixes .

There could be many different reasons for it @BlueBay so good that you will call your GP on Monday. Rest up for the remainder of the weekend Hon and hope that it doesn't happen again. Have plenty of water to stay hydrated and make sure you eat - all important for all of us.

Hi @Zoe7 today is the first day of real hot weather we’ve had for a while - and the plaster is HOT, my foot is cooking. Too hot to do anything on the farm so we headed to town for lunch and to just hang out at my in laws for a bit, heading home soon.

How is your weekend going?

Oh that would be so uncomfortable for you @Razzle and I suppose there is nothing you can do with a cast on

I am chilling out watching a little tv and having snuggles with my fur babies this afternoon. I did manage to do the washing and get it out and half of the washing up is done. Will get to the planning for this week sometime tonight as well.

I hope the heat lessens and your foot feels a bit better soon

@Zoe7 I’m very frustrated, I LOOOOVE hot weather, but wearing a heavy boot of plaster is no fun 😏😏
